not_o material_a but_o by_o that_o very_o same_o law_n as_o by_o several_a act_n of_o parliament_n it_o appear_v divers_a of_o his_o successor_n king_n call_v unto_o they_o for_o their_o advice_n such_o of_o their_o subject_n as_o they_o think_v fit_a by_o act_n of_o parliament_n make_v new_a law_n and_o change_v the_o old_a but_o succeed_v king_n since_o that_o have_v herein_o limit_v of_o war_n the_o whole_a people_n and_o kingdom_n may_v perish_v it_o be_v gross_a in_o such_o a_o case_n to_o be_v tie_v unto_o the_o formality_n of_o law_n or_o to_o want_v mean_n to_o prevent_v that_o danger_n and_o this_o can_v be_v supply_v unless_o some_o have_v legal_a power_n to_o command_v and_o the_o people_n oblige_v to_o obey_v therefore_o by_o our_o law_n the_o king_n ex_fw-la
