be_v a_o deep_a sense_n of_o sin_n on_o other_o consideration_n beside_o hell_n david_n be_v never_o more_o humble_v for_o sin_n than_o when_o nathan_n tell_v he_o it_o be_v forgive_v and_o there_o may_v be_v a_o view_n of_o hell_n as_o deserve_v which_o yet_o the_o soul_n may_v know_v itself_o free_v from_o as_o to_o the_o issue_n to_o evidence_n our_o intendment_n in_o this_o discourse_n i_o confidence_n and_o ostentation_n to_o answer_v present_o yea_o they_o be_v certain_a they_o shall_v be_v save_v but_o as_o the_o bless_a truth_n of_o assurance_n have_v be_v reproach_v in_o the_o world_n under_o such_o a_o notion_n of_o it_o so_o such_o expression_n become_v not_o they_o who_o know_v what_o it_o be_v to_o have_v to_o do_v with_o the_o holy_a god_n who_o be_v a_o consume_a fire_n hence_o some_o conclude_v that_o there_o be_v very_o few_o believer_n who_o have_v any_o assurance_n because_o they_o have_v not_o this_o confidence_n or_o be_v more_o free_a to_o mention_v the_o oppasition_n they_o meet_v with_o than_o the_o supportment_n they_o enjoy_v and_o thus_o be_v it_o render_v a_o matter_n not_o great_o to_o be_v desire_v because_o it_o be_v so_o rare_o to_o be_v obtain_v most_o of_o the_o saint_n serve_v god_n and_o go_v to_o heaven_n well_o enough_o without_o it_o but_o the_o matter_n be_v otherwise_o the_o importance_n of_o it_o not_o only_o as_o it_o be_v our_o life_n of_o comfort_n and_o joy_n but_o also_o as_o it_o be_v the_o principal_a mean_n of_o the_o flourish_a of_o our_o life_n of_o holiness_n have_v be_v declare_v before_o and_o may_v be_v further_o manifest_v be_v that_o our_o present_a business_n yea_o and_o in_o time_n of_o trial_n which_o be_v the_o proper_a season_n for_o the_o effectual_a work_n and_o manifestation_n of_o assurance_n it_o will_v and_o do_v appear_v that_o many_o yea_o that_o most_o of_o the_o saint_n of_o god_n be_v make_v partaker_n of_o this_o grace_n and_o privilege_n i_o shall_v then_o in_o the_o pursuit_n of_o the_o rule_n lay_v down_o do_v these_o two_o thing_n 1._o show_v what_o thing_n they_o be_v which_o be_v not_o only_o consistent_a with_o assurance_n but_o be_v even_o necessary_a at_o they_o to_o make_v mention_n of_o be_v regenerate_v be_v expose_v to_o reproach_n in_o the_o world_n but_o whether_o man_n will_v or_o no_o unto_o one_o of_o these_o condition_n they_o must_v belong_v 2._o as_o these_o two_o estate_n differ_v moral_o in_o themselves_o and_o physical_o in_o the_o cause_n constitutive_a of_o that_o difference_n so_o there_o be_v a_o specifical_a difference_n between_o the_o thing_n that_o place_v man_n in_o the_o one_o condition_n and_o in_o the_o other_o whatever_o there_o be_v of_o goodness_n virtue_n duty_n grace_n in_o a_o unregenerate_a person_n there_o be_v in_o he_o that_o be_v regenerate_v somewhat_o of_o another_o kind_n that_o be_v not_o in_o the_o other_o at_o all_o for_o the_o difference_n of_o these_o state_n themselves_o it_o be_v plain_a in_o scripture_n the_o one_o be_v a_o state_n of_o death_n the_o other_o of_o life_n the_o one_o of_o darkness_n the_o other_o of_o light_n the_o one_o of_o enmity_n against_o god_n the_o
