christian_n and_o by_o excommunication_n to_o enforce_v that_o sentence_n when_o state_n profess_v christianity_n all_o civil_a law_n will_v cease_v and_o all_o judicatories_n be_v resolve_v into_o one_o consistory_n of_o the_o church_n the_o answer_n to_o this_o i_o defer_v till_o i_o come_v to_o show_v the_o right_a of_o the_o state_n that_o profess_v christianity_n in_o church_n matter_n so_o act_n xv._o 35._o paul_n and_o barnabas_n continue_v at_o antiochia_n teach_v that_o be_v the_o church_n and_o preach_v the_o gospel_n to_o wit_n to_o unbeliever_n and_o with_o the_o same_o doctrine_n and_o the_o power_n of_o govern_v above_o the_o office_n of_o teach_v that_o the_o prophet_n themselves_o who_o be_v doctor_n of_o the_o law_n immediate_o send_v by_o god_n be_v subject_a to_o the_o power_n and_o jurisdiction_n of_o the_o consistory_n settle_v by_o the_o law_n deut._n xvii_o 8_o 12._o so_o that_o though_o by_o the_o law_n of_o deut._n xviii_o 18._o the_o whole_a
