the_o cry_n and_o groan_n and_o blood_n of_o the_o church_n have_v proclaim_v it_o so_o long_o the_o church_n history_n of_o these_o one_o thousand_o and_o three_o hundred_o year_n at_o least_o do_v tell_v we_o that_o it_o be_v the_o church_n governor_n by_o their_o too_o much_o business_n and_o over_n in_o such_o way_n even_o by_o too_o bold_a and_o busy_a determination_n about_o doctrine_n or_o ceremony_n that_o have_v break_v all_o in_o piece_n and_o cause_v that_o confusion_n dissension_n and_o seem_o remediless_a division_n in_o the_o church_n prop._n 10._o in_o case_n which_o be_v beyond_o the_o present_a understanding_n of_o the_o people_n they_o be_v bind_v as_o learner_n to_o submit_v to_o the_o judgement_n of_o their_o guide_n if_o they_o see_v no_o sufficient_a cause_n either_o in_o the_o matter_n to_o cause_v they_o to_o suspect_v that_o their_o teacher_n be_v mistake_v or_o in_o their_o teacher_n to_o cause_v they_o to_o suspect_v they_o to_o be_v seducer_n they_o owe_v they_o â—o_o much_o credit_n and_o respect_n as_o their_o guide_n as_o to_o believe_v they_o fide_fw-la humanà _fw-la or_o to_o suppose_v that_o they_o be_v likely_a to_o be_v in_o the_o iâ—_n the_o order_n of_o variable_a â—ircumstantials_n about_o the_o service_n of_o god_n though_o the_o people_n ought_v not_o to_o obey_v their_o governor_n if_o under_o thaâ—_n pretence_n they_o shall_v command_v they_o thing_n sinful_a yet_o when_o they_o be_v not_o able_a to_o see_v any_o certain_a evil_n in_o the_o thing_n command_v nor_o so_o strong_a a_o probability_n of_o evil_a as_o shall_v cause_v they_o to_o suspend_v obedience_n while_o they_o take_v better_a advice_n in_o such_o a_o case_n it_o be_v their_o duty_n to_o obey_v the_o guide_n of_o the_o church_n for_o they_o be_v certain_a that_o they_o be_v command_v to_o obey_v they_o that_o rule_n over_o they_o and_o watch_v for_o their_o soul_n heb._n 13.17_o but_o they_o be_v not_o certain_a that_o in_o such_o a_o case_n it_o be_v a_o evil_a that_o be_v prescribe_v by_o they_o nor_o be_v it_o suppose_v to_o be_v much_o probable_a therefore_o a_o certain_a evil_n of_o disobedience_n must_v be_v avoid_v before_o a_o uncertain_a and_o improbable_a evil_n this_o the_o very_a office_n of_o church_n governor_n do_v plain_o import_v object_n then_o if_o the_o minister_n mistake_v all_o the_o people_n that_o execute_n of_o his_o law_n but_o of_o all_o this_o i_o have_v more_o large_o speak_v already_o §_o 3._o reas._n 2._o the_o impose_v of_o these_o mystical_a rite_n do_v seem_v to_o accuse_v christ_n of_o ignorance_n or_o negligence_n in_o that_o he_o have_v not_o himself_o impose_v they_o when_o he_o have_v take_v upon_o he_o that_o royal_a office_n to_o which_o such_o legislation_n do_v belong_v if_o christ_n will_v have_v such_o rite_n impose_v on_o the_o church_n he_o can_v better_o have_v do_v it_o himself_o then_o have_v leave_v it_o to_o man_n for_o 1._o these_o be_v not_o mutable_a judaea_n galatia_n cappadocia_n 〈◊〉_d etc._n etc._n and_o if_o they_o be_v needful_a now_o why_o not_o then_o no_o man_n can_v give_v a_o rational_a cause_n of_o difference_n as_o to_o this_o necessity_n if_o therefore_o christ_n do_v neither_o by_o himself_o nor_o by_o his_o apostle_n who_o form_v the_o first_o church_n and_o deliver_v we_o his_o mind_n by_o the_o spirit_n institute_v and_o impose_v these_o rite_n then_o either_o the_o impose_v of_o they_o be_v needless_a and_o consequent_o noxious_a or_o else_o you_o must_v say_v that_o christ_n have_v omit_v a_o needful_a part_n will_v do_v more_o of_o the_o same_o that_o scripture_n be_v give_v for_o to_o do_v we_o accuse_v it_o while_o we_o seem_v to_o amend_v it_o §_o 5._o reas._n 4._o and_o by_o this_o mean_v we_o shall_v be_v bring_v to_o a_o loss_n for_o the_o rule_n of_o our_o religion_n for_o if_o once_o we_o leave_v the_o holy_a scripture_n we_o shall_v not_o know_v where_o to_o fix_v if_o god_n have_v not_o
