heathen_a 4.18_o who_o know_v not_o god_n so_o cain_n slay_v abel_n within_o they_o and_o they_o suffer_v cain_n to_o slay_v abel_n without_o they_o and_o the_o wicked_a and_o ungodly_a have_v more_o office_n and_o so_o they_o bear_v with_o and_o wink_v at_o one_o another_o and_o feed_v and_o nourish_v up_o deceit_n among_o they_o unless_o they_o cross_v one_o another_o will_n and_o then_o they_o be_v as_o much_o in_o deceit_n on_o the_o other_o side_n seek_v and_o pervert_v the_o law_n for_o revenge_n and_o such_o as_o these_o uphold_v these_o corrupt_a minister_n and_o false_a prophet_n which_o the_o nation_n swarm_v of_o and_o they_o can_v have_v a_o law_n to_o maintain_v their_o deceit_n and_o uphold_v they_o in_o oppression_n and_o so_o the_o beast_n uphold_v the_o false_a prophet_n and_o they_o combine_v together_o against_o the_o simple_a 3._o and_o so_o the_o law_n be_v make_v a_o stalking-horse_n to_o deceive_v the_o simple_a and_o they_o will_v pervert_v and_o wrest_v the_o law_n out_o of_o its_o place_n and_o act_v contrary_a to_o their_o own_o law_n against_o the_o righteous_a and_o such_o magistrate_n and_o such_o government_n we_o honour_v not_o but_o deny_v and_o testify_v against_o it_o as_o the_o prophet_n of_o god_n always_o do_v for_o by_o such_o magistrate_n and_o government_n do_v the_o righteous_a ever_o suffer_v and_o for_o the_o same_o god_n will_v deliver_v his_o own_o and_o pharaoh_n will_v he_o plague_v and_o confound_v but_o such_o magistrate_n as_o be_v guide_v by_o the_o light_n of_o god_n in_o the_o conscience_n and_o rule_n and_o govern_v by_o it_o without_o partiality_n or_o respect_n of_o person_n in_o singleness_n of_o heart_n discharge_v their_o conscience_n before_o the_o lord_n and_o execute_v the_o law_n in_o
