can_v do_v he_o rule_v the_o world_n by_o mean_n in_o a_o establish_a order_n and_o it_o be_v he_o that_o have_v give_v man_n authority_n to_o rule_v under_o he_o and_o therefore_o whatsoever_o punishment_n they_o righteous_o execute_v it_o be_v god_n that_o righteous_o do_v it_o by_o they_o so_o that_o as_o man_n do_v we_o no_o wrong_n in_o such_o case_n so_o neither_o do_v god_n 3_o but_o
