of_o a_o rule_n for_o man_n ingress_n into_o the_o authoritative_a relation_n or_o accession_n to_o power_n by_o which_o way_n he_o communicate_v that_o power_n to_o they_o which_o be_v not_o in_o other_o and_o which_o otherwise_o be_v not_o in_o they_o it_o must_v needs_o be_v that_o as_o such_o admittance_n unto_o power_n most_o certain_o give_v right_a and_o title_n to_o it_o so_o upon_o a_o unlawfulness_n in_o any_o of_o those_o three_o respect_n be_v inconsistible_a with_o destructive_a to_o the_o nature_n of_o a_o moral_a power_n and_o consequent_o seclude_v the_o power_n that_o be_v in_o any_o of_o those_o thing_n peccant_a from_o any_o claim_n to_o this_o text_n whereas_o that_o power_n which_o only_o offend_v in_o its_o use_n or_o act_n of_o power_n may_v well_o as_o to_o
