and_o how_o we_o ought_v to_o bear_v with_o the_o injury_n of_o brethren_n because_o of_o their_o near_a relation_n to_o we_o though_o it_o be_v a_o great_a salt_n in_o they_o to_o be_v so_o injurious_a than_o it_o be_v in_o other_o thou_o shall_v not_o abhor_v a_o egyptian_a because_o thou_o be_v a_o stranger_n in_o his_o land_n though_o the_o egyptian_n do_v most_o cruel_o oppress_v themselves_o as_o strict_o to_o the_o rule_n of_o holiness_n and_o righteousness_n as_o at_o other_o time_n according_a that_o charge_n give_v by_o the_o baptist_n to_o soldier_n luke_n 13._o 14._o do_v violence_n to_o no_o man_n and_o be_v content_a with_o your_o wage_n yea_o second_o to_o show_v they_o that_o then_o they_o have_v reason_n to_o be_v most_o careful_a not_o to_o provoke_v god_n by_o any_o misdemeanour_n whether_o against_o the_o moral_a or_o ceremonial_a law_n such_o as_o be_v those_o particular_n mention_v in_o the_o follow_a verse_n to_o wit_n first_o because_o soldier_n go_v out_o as_o it_o be_v to_o execute_v vengeance_n upon_o other_o for_o the_o evil_n they_o have_v do_v and_o they_o be_v not_o fit_a to_o punish_v other_o that_o be_v as_o bad_a themselves_o second_o because_o a_o clear_a conscience_n be_v one_o of_o the_o best_a mean_n to_o make_v man_n tru_o valorous_a and_o three_o because_o then_o there_o be_v most_o evident_a need_n of_o god_n assistance_n and_o most_o danger_n of_o mischief_n to_o come_v upon_o they_o if_o the_o lord_n shall_v leave_v they_o and_o give_v they_o over_o into_o the_o hand_n of_o their_o enemy_n as_o be_v employ_v in_o the_o reason_n give_v for_o this_o law_n vers_fw-la 14._o for_o thy_o lord_n thy_o god_n walk_v in_o the_o midst_n of_o thy_o camp_n to_o deliver_v thou_o therefore_o shall_v thy_o camp_n be_v holy_a etc._n etc._n verse_n 10._o if_o there_o be_v among_o you_o any_o man_n that_o be_v not_o clean_o by_o reason_n of_o uncleanness_n that_o chance_v he_o by_o night_n etc._n etc._n though_o for_o the_o pollution_n here_o speak_v of_o they_o be_v not_o to_o be_v shut_v out_o of_o their_o camp_n and_o city_n as_o leper_n and_o other_o be_v yet_o they_o be_v it_o seem_v to_o go_v to_o teach_v they_o what_o exact_a purity_n and_o holiness_n god_n require_v in_o his_o people_n verse_n 12._o thou_o shall_v have_v a_o place_n also_o without_o the_o camp_n etc._n etc._n that_o be_v a_o place_n design_v for_o the_o use_n by_o public_a appointment_n whither_o they_o be_v bind_v to_o go_v that_o so_o their_o camp_n may_v not_o be_v defile_v with_o their_o excrement_n and_o though_o the_o lord_n may_v herein_o intimate_v their_o duty_n in_o regard_n of_o civility_n and_o the_o care_n man_n ought_v to_o take_v not_o to_o do_v any_o thing_n that_o may_v offend_v or_o annoy_v their_o brethren_n yet_o doubtless_o the_o chief_a drift_n of_o this_o law_n be_v to_o teach_v they_o that_o in_o regard_n of_o god_n presence_n among_o they_o they_o ought_v to_o keep_v themselves_o clean_o from_o all_o spiritual_a pollution_n the_o outward_a cleanness_n and_o neatness_n here_o require_v be_v only_o a_o shadow_n of_o that_o spiritual_a purity_n which_o even_o in_o time_n of_o war_n god_n require_v in_o his_o people_n verse_n 15._o thou_o shall_v not_o deliver_v unto_o his_o master_n the_o servant_n which_o be_v escape_v from_o his_o master_n etc._n etc._n that_o be_v when_o it_o shall_v be_v manifest_a that_o they_o flee_v to_o escape_v the_o 〈…〉_z rage_n of_o cruel_a master_n that_o do_v causelesse_o oppress_v they_o in_o this_o case_n if_o they_o flee_v from_o their_o master_n in_o other_o country_n and_o seek_v for_o shelter_v in_o the_o land_n of_o israel_n or_o if_o they_o flee_v from_o any_o cruel_a ma●●er_n among_o the_o israelite_n and_o seek_v for_o shelter_v from_o the_o magistrate_n they_o be_v not_o to_o deliver_v they_o back_o to_o the_o tyranny_n of_o savage_a man_n but_o in_o other_o case_n as_o when_o they_o ●led_v in_o a_o gad_a humour_n from_o their_o lawful_a lord_n who_o do_v no_o way_n oppress_v they_o or_o be_v guilty_a of_o some_o capital_a offence_n to_o escape_v deserve_v punishment_n we_o must_v not_o think_v god_n appoint_v his_o people_n to_o give_v harbour_n to_o such_o for_o this_o be_v to_o make_v this_o law_n contrary_a to_o that_o law_n thou_o shal●_n not_o steal_v if_o they_o must_v be_v so_o just_a in_o all_o their_o deal_n as_o to_o restore_v the_o beast_n
