efficacy_n in_o unregenerate_a man_n when_o it_o be_v not_o always_o so_o in_o regenerate_v in_o who_o there_o be_v at_o all_o time_n a_o more_o congruous_a disposition_n to_o receive_v grace_n offer_v they_o be_v already_o furnish_v with_o the_o habit_n of_o grace_n then_o there_o be_v at_o any_o time_n in_o a_o unregenerate_a man_n who_o want_v these_o no_o evangelicall_n persuasion_n can_v be_v more_o congruous_a at_o any_o time_n to_o a_o unregenerate_a man_n than_o every_o such_o persuasion_n be_v at_o all_o time_n agreeable_a to_o a_o regenerate_a man_n yet_o such_o persuasion_n be_v not_o always_o efficacious_a in_o the_o regenerate_a but_o sometime_o they_o may_v neglect_v if_o not_o resist_v they_o object_n 4_o against_o the_o 12._o argument_n it_o be_v
