be_o much_o in_o service_n yet_o have_v i_o but_o a_o natural_a conscience_n but_o on_o the_o other_o hand_n if_o the_o holiness_n of_o my_o conversation_n carry_v a_o proportion_n to_o my_o profession_n if_o i_o be_o not_o a_o hearer_n of_o the_o word_n only_o but_o a_o doer_n of_o it_o if_o grace_n grow_v in_o season_n of_o duty_n then_o do_v i_o act_v in_o the_o thing_n of_o god_n from_o a_o renew_a
command_n and_o all_o out_o of_o a_o desire_n of_o salvation_n so_o than_o put_v these_o together_o and_o there_o be_v a_o answer_n to_o that_o question_n the_o call_n of_o conscience_n the_o power_n of_o the_o word_n the_o affectation_n of_o credit_n and_o the_o desire_n of_o salvation_n these_o may_v carry_v a_o man_n so_o far_o as_o to_o be_v almost_o a_o christian_n the_o three_o question_n propound_v be_v this_o three_o whence_o be_v it_o that_o many_o be_v but_o almost_a christian_n when_o they_o have_v go_v thus_o far_o what_o be_v the_o cause_n of_o this_o i_o may_v multiply_v spirit_n of_o god_n upon_o the_o sinner_n heart_n by_o the_o word_n whereby_o the_o guilt_n and_o filth_n of_o sin_n be_v full_o discover_v and_o the_o woe_n and_o misery_n of_o a_o natural_a state_n distinct_o set_v home_o upon_o the_o conscience_n to_o the_o dread_n and_o terror_n of_o the_o sinner_n whilst_o he_o abide_v in_o that_o state_n and_o condition_n and_o this_o be_v the_o conviction_n than_o part_v with_o his_o interest_n in_o the_o soul_n he_o will_v yield_v far_o to_o our_o profession_n of_o religion_n and_o consent_n to_o any_o thing_n but_o our_o conversion_n and_o close_n with_o christ_n for_o salvation_n he_o care_v not_o which_o way_n we_o come_v to_o hell_n so_o as_o he_o get_v we_o but_o thither_o at_o last_o reas_n 3_o 3._o it_o be_v from_o worldly_a and_o
