oftentimes_o have_v make_v their_o accusement_n more_o for_o vengeance_n and_o singular_a profit_n then_o for_o the_o profit_n of_o the_o king_n and_o his_o people_n of_o which_o accuse_v person_n some_o have_v be_v take_v and_o cause_v to_o come_v etc._n etc._n against_o the_o law_n it_o be_v assent_v and_o accord_v for_o the_o government_n of_o the_o commons_o that_o no_o man_n be_v put_v to_o answer_v without_o presentment_n before_o the_o justice_n of_o the_o king_n upon_o record_n by_o due_a process_n as_o by_o writ_n original_a according_a to_o the_o old_a law_n of_o the_o land_n and_o if_o any_o thing_n from_o henceforth_o be_v do_v to_o the_o contrary_a it_o shall_v be_v void_a in_o the_o law_n and_o hold_v for_o error_n as_o i_o say_v before_o so_o say_v i_o still_o if_o commissioner_n of_o inquiry_n ought_v to_o sit_v in_o open_a court_n and_o not_o in_o any_o close_a or_o secret_a place_n and_o that_o their_o inquirie_n ought_v to_o be_v by_o juries_n and_o by_o no_o discussion_n or_o examination_n if_o you_o look_v upon_o the_o statute_n of_o anno_fw-la h._n 8._o anno_fw-la 1._o h._n 8._o cap._n 8._o 8._o cap._n 8._o you_o shall_v there_o perceive_v the_o very_a cause_n why_o empson_n sheffeild_n and_o other_o be_v quite_o overthrow_v the_o which_o be_v as_o by_o the_o indictment_n especial_o appear_v for_o execute_v commission_n against_o due_a course_n of_o the_o common_a law_n and_o in_o that_o they_o do_v not_o proceed_v in_o justice_n according_a to_o the_o liberty_n of_o the_o great_a charter_n of_o england_n and_o of_o other_o law_n and_o statute_n provide_v for_o the_o due_a execute_n of_o justice_n there_o be_v a_o commission_n grant_v forth_o in_o the_o begin_n of_o the_o reign_n of_o queen_n elizabeth_n of_o happy_a memory_n unto_o sir_n ambrose_n cave_n sir_n richard_n sackvile_n and_o other_o for_o the_o examination_n of_o felon_n and_o of_o other_o lewd_a person_n it_o so_o fall_v out_o that_o many_o man_n of_o good_a calling_n be_v impeach_v by_o the_o accusation_n of_o felon_n some_o great_a man_n and_o judge_n also_o enter_v into_o the_o validity_n of_o the_o commission_n and_o it_o be_v think_v that_o the_o commission_n be_v against_o the_o law_n and_o therefore_o do_v the_o commissioner_n give_v over_o the_o commission_n as_o all_o man_n know_v and_o whereas_o the_o examination_n be_v by_o the_o commission_n refer_v to_o the_o wisdom_n and_o discretion_n of_o the_o governor_n of_o bridewell_n as_o touch_v this_o point_n i_o find_v that_o the_o examination_n of_o robbery_n do_v by_o sanctuary_n man_n be_v appoint_v to_o the_o discretion_n of_o the_o council_n or_o to_o four_o justice_n
