appear_v we_o be_v to_o do_v be_v not_o this_o way_n the_o people_n liberty_n right_n happiness_n safe_a and_o better_o assure_v together_o with_o the_o king_n just_a power_n or_o prerogative_n since_o the_o parliament_n be_v not_o capable_a can_v it_o be_v willing_a to_o usurp_v upon_o either_o as_o after_o may_v be_v show_v then_o imagine_v such_o supreme_a power_n to_o be_v invest_v in_o the_o king_n either_o the_o people_n right_a or_o the_o king_n just_a power_n itself_o can_v be_v see_v no_o man_n will_v deny_v but_o king_n be_v subject_n capable_a of_o arbitrary_a or_o shall_v be_v still_o in_o the_o king_n and_o that_o in_o such_o extraordinary_a emergent_n as_o now_o appear_v in_o england_n they_o have_v be_v more_o solicitous_a of_o and_o provide_v better_a far_o for_o one_o mean_n of_o diverse_a ordain_v to_o a_o end_n then_o for_o the_o very_a end_n itself_o the_o people_n happiness_n which_o they_o have_v leave_v still_o depend_v dangerous_o on_o one_o end_n or_o the_o practice_n of_o parliament_n in_o such_o time_n if_o such_o have_v ever_o before_o be_v or_o otherwise_o proceed_v by_o analogy_n and_o good_a consequence_n of_o reason_n if_o it_o be_v say_v that_o by_o such_o a_o provision_n of_o remedy_n for_o the_o people_n in_o danger_n as_o abovesaid_a a_o dangerous_a precedent_n of_o disobey_v and_o weaken_v the_o ki●gs_n authority_n be_v introduce_v which_o may_v work_v even_o danger_n of_o dissolution_n of_o the_o monarchy_n admit_v but_o not_o grant_v that_o upon_o such_o a_o precedent_n once_o make_v upon_o a_o extraordinary_a cause_n and_o that_o by_o a_o orderly_a way_n and_o which_o once_o do_v may_v well_o prevent_v all_o future_a need_n of_o make_v any_o more_o such_o precedent_n admit_v such_o a_o danger_n even_o to_o the_o monarchy_n follow_v thereupon_o which_o yet_o will_v not_o be_v make_v good_a in_o our_o present_a case_n as_o after_o will_v appear_v then_o here_o now_o be_v the_o point_n among_o divers_a form_n of_o government_n whereby_o a_o people_n may_v be_v govern_v that_o it_o may_v be_v happy_a which_o be_v the_o end_n and_o aim_n of_o every_o such_o form_n this_o nation_n choose_v one_o particular_a one_o which_o it_o judge_v fit_a to_o compass_v that_o end_n as_o indeed_o monarchy_n due_o temper_v be_v the_o best_a but_o distemper_v by_o tyranny_n the_o worst_a the_o advantage_n of_o union_n or_o unitive_a power_n which_o it_o have_v above_o other_o form_n strengthen_v to_o evil_a when_o it_o degenerate_v as_o it_o do_v to_o good_a while_o it_o stand_v incorrupt_a but_o if_o this_o objection_n be_v of_o weight_n it_o will_v follow_v that_o it_o be_v more_o rational_a that_o the_o people_n felicity_n which_o be_v the_o supreme_a end_n to_o which_o all_o good_a form_n of_o government_n be_v ordain_v and_o tend_v shall_v rather_o suffer_v than_o a_o particular_a form_n or_o fashion_n of_o government_n of_o which_o there_o be_v choice_n and_o any_o of_o which_o be_v but_o a_o mean_n if_o not_o rectify_v whole_o to_o frustrate_v the_o end_n shall_v be_v prefer_v before_o the_o end_n itself_o which_o it_o ought_v only_o to_o serve_v nor_o can_v it_o be_v say_v the_o
