apply_v and_o to_o many_o it_o may_v not_o to_o those_o only_a particular_n say_v the_o law_n may_v it_o be_v draw_v to_o which_o the_o king_n if_o he_o have_v be_v interrogated_a particular_o concern_v they_o will_v in_o all_o probability_n have_v oblige_v himself_o when_o he_o make_v that_o promise_n as_o for_o example_n when_o the_o king_n make_v this_o general_a promise_n that_o he_o will_v never_o consent_v to_o abrogate_v those_o law_n if_o the_o lord_n and_o commons_o have_v come_v to_o these_o particular_n and_o say_v your_o majesty_n promise_v never_o to_o consent_v to_o the_o abolition_n of_o the_o law_n against_o recusant_n upon_o any_o pretence_n whatsoever_o but_o will_v you_o not_o consent_v to_o abolish_v they_o if_o you_o think_v you_o have_v good_a reason_n your_o majesty_n promise_v never_o to_o consent_v to_o it_o while_o you_o be_v here_o but_o will_v you_o remember_v to_o perform_v that_o promise_n when_o you_o come_v there_o your_o majesty_n promise_v never_o to_o give_v consent_n that_o be_v to_o do_v it_o willing_o but_o will_v you_o not_o suffer_v yourself_o so_o to_o come_v within_o the_o rebel_n power_n that_o you_o must_v be_v force_v to_o do_v out_o of_o necessity_n to_o these_o particular_n and_o many_o more_o like_o these_o because_o it_o be_v very_o probable_a the_o king_n will_v have_v oblige_v himself_o know_v the_o clean_a intention_n of_o his_o heart_n when_o he_o make_v this_o general_a promise_n therefore_o this_o general_a promise_n say_v the_o law_n reach_v those_o particular_n and_o be_v applyable_a to_o they_o but_o then_o if_o the_o lord_n and_o commons_o hear_v this_o general_a promise_n of_o the_o king_n that_o upon_o no_o pretence_n whatsoever_o he_o will_v abolish_v those_o law_n have_v come_v to_o these_o particular_n and_o say_v your_o majesty_n promise_v never_o to_o consent_v to_o a_o abolition_n of_o those_o penal_a law_n because_o you_o be_v confident_a we_o will_v assist_v you_o in_o reduce_v those_o irish_a rebel_n by_o force_n if_o fair_a mean_n will_v not_o do_v but_o if_o we_o shall_v rebel_n against_o you_o as_o well_o as_o they_o will_v you_o be_v oblige_v by_o this_o promise_n then_o if_o we_o shall_v drive_v you_o to_o those_o strait_n that_o unless_o the_o catholic_n of_o ireland_n help_v you_o the_o schismatic_n and_o brownist_n of_o england_n will_v despoil_v you_o of_o your_o revenue_n and_o your_o royalty_n
