ourselves_o the_o obedient_a servant_n of_o god_n the_o same_o come_v of_o his_o grace_n by_o the_o spyrite_n and_o yet_o that_o obedience_n be_v do_v but_o in_o part_n say_v we_o be_v unprofitable_a servant_n that_o be_v to_o say_v think_v so_o before_o god_n and_o not_o before_o man_n to_o speak_v before_o god_n be_v not_o to_o dissemble_v or_o lie_v god_n therefore_o command_v we_o to_o think_v pure_a thought_n and_o to_o consider_v with_o ourselves_o that_o we_o geve_v nothing_o unto_o god_n free_o but_o that_o which_o be_v our_o duty_n and_o just_o for_o we_o be_v his_o servant_n owe_v much_o more_o service_n than_o we_o be_v able_a to_o perform_v yea_o though_o we_o shall_v converte_v all_o our_o thought_n and_o all_o our_o member_n to_o fulfil_v the_o law_n and_o he_o mean_v that_o he_o be_v unprofitable_a which_o deserve_v nothing_o to_o who_o the_o lord_n be_v not_o bind_v to_o repay_v again_o if_o we_o be_v unprofitable_a what_o profit_n may_v we_o bring_v unto_o god_n what_o may_v we_o say_v which_o perform_v none_o of_o all_o these_o thing_n which_o be_v command_v c._o notwithstanding_o as_o touch_v merit_v it_o shall_v be_v necessary_a to_o undo_v the_o knot_n which_o trouble_v many_o objection_n for_o the_o scripture_n so_o oftentimes_o promise_v reward_n to_o work_n seem_v to_o attribute_v unto_o they_o some_o merit_n or_o desert_n the_o answer_n be_v easy_o make_v answer_v that_o the_o undeserued_a reward_n be_v promise_v only_o of_o the_o free_a mercy_n and_o good_a pleasure_n of_o god_n for_o they_o be_v far_o deceive_v which_o by_o mutual_a relation_n join_v the_o reward_n with_o the_o merit_n because_o god_n be_v not_o move_v for_o the_o worthiness_n of_o work_n to_o geve_v unto_o man_n a_o reward_n but_o for_o his_o free_a mercy_n sake_n we_o grant_v that_o by_o the_o covenaunte_n of_o the_o law_n god_n be_v bind_v unto_o man_n if_o so_o be_v they_o do_v exact_o perform_v all_o that_o be_v require_v at_o their_o hand_n but_o because_o this_o be_v a_o voluntary_a obligation_n this_o abide_v firm_a that_o man_n can_v require_v nothing_o at_o the_o hand_n of_o god_n upon_o desert_n thus_o therefore_o the_o pride_n and_o arrogancy_n of_o the_o flesh_n be_v beat_v down_o because_o howsoever_o a_o man_n fulfil_v the_o law_n he_o can_v require_v no_o hire_n at_o the_o hand_n of_o god_n because_o he_o have_v do_v only_o often_o therefore_o as_o we_o hear_v the_o name_n or_o mention_v of_o reward_n or_o so_o often_o as_o we_o think_v of_o the_o same_o let_v we_o know_v that_o this_o greatness_n of_o the_o goodness_n of_o god_n toward_o we_o that_o when_o we_o be_v altogether_o in_o his_o debt_n he_o notwithstanding_o vouchsafe_v to_o covenaunte_n with_o us._n what_o detestable_a wickedness_n than_o be_v in_o those_o man_n which_o make_v man_n so_o drunken_a with_o devilish_a pride_n that_o they_o think_v that_o they_o can_v merit_v heaven_n with_o their_o work_n what_o little_a knowledge_n have_v they_o both_o of_o the_o majesty_n of_o god_n and_o also_o of_o our_o unworthiness_n we_o ought_v to_o love_n god_n with_o our_o whole_a heart_n &_o what_o be_v he_o that_o perform_v the_o same_o yea_o if_o
