as_o i_o take_v it_o be_v brief_o that_o the_o people_n who_o shall_v subscribe_v this_o paper_n shall_v agree_v to_o take_v away_o this_o parliament_n and_o to_o choose_v a_o equal_a representative_a consist_v of_o 300._o man_n who_o shall_v have_v full_a power_n without_o the_o consent_n or_o concurrence_n of_o any_o other_o person_n or_o person_n either_o king_n or_o house_n of_o peer_n to_o make_v repeal_n alter_v and_o declare_v law_n and_o that_o none_o do_v resist_v their_o law_n or_o order_n upon_o pain_n of_o death_n except_o such_o representative_n express_o violate_v this_o agreement_n and_o they_o shall_v have_v power_n to_o choose_v a_o council_n of_o state_n for_o the_o manage_n of_o public_a affair_n but_o that_o they_o shall_v not_o have_v power_n to_o continue_v in_o force_n or_o make_v any_o law_n oath_n and_o covenant_n whereby_o to_o compel_v by_o penalty_n or_o otherwise_o any_o person_n to_o any_o thing_n in_o or_o about_o matter_n of_o faith_n
