that_o they_o be_v a_o party_n it_o be_v manifest_a by_o their_o own_o word_n in_o as_o much_o as_o they_o have_v testify_v they_o take_v he_o so_o and_o so_o in_o the_o capacity_n of_o soldier_n by_o force_n of_o arm_n which_o be_v not_o by_o due_a prosecution_n of_o the_o law_n of_o the_o land_n by_o civil_a officer_n by_o warrant_n from_o some_o civil_a magistrate_n or_o by_o constable_n etc._n etc._n and_o the_o prisoner_n further_o testify_v in_o these_o word_n that_o these_o man_n who_o now_o appear_v against_o he_o as_o witness_n have_v themselves_o violate_v the_o law_n of_o the_o land_n and_o do_v violence_n unto_o the_o law_n and_o government_n of_o england_n in_o that_o by_o force_n of_o arm_n and_o not_o by_o due_a process_n at_o law_n they_o have_v seize_v upon_o his_o be_v against_o person_n who_o face_n he_o do_v not_o know_v nor_o remember_v as_o himself_o say_v let_v honest_a man_n judge_v in_o the_o fear_n of_o the_o lord_n well_o but_o the_o prisoner_n except_v against_o the_o witness_n and_o because_o but_o one_o witness_n mention_v that_o text_n some_o of_o they_o that_o under_o the_o mouth_n of_o two_o or_o three_o witness_n every_o thing_n shall_v be_v establish_v much_o object_v against_o the_o insufficiency_n of_o one_o witness_v but_o that_o have_v no_o entertainment_n with_o they_o only_o the_o deputy_n recorder_n speak_v to_o they_o as_o he_o have_v do_v to_o other_o before_o they_o that_o they_o have_v nothing_o to_o say_v save_v to_o the_o two_o thing_n before_o mention_v first_o whethey_n can_v prove_v they_o be_v at_o any_o other_o place_n that_o day_n and_o not_o at_o that_o meeting_n for_o which_o they_o stand_v indict_v or_o second_o if_o they_o be_v at_o that_o meeting_n then_o what_o warrant_v by_o the_o authority_n of_o the_o land_n they_o can_v show_v for_o their_o so_o assemble_v together_o if_o they_o can_v say_v any_o thing_n on_o this_o behalf_n they_o shall_v be_v hear_v to_o which_o one_o of_o
