understand_v our_o constitution_n much_o better_a than_o our_o legislator_n themselves_o and_o may_v therefore_o be_v allow_v to_o contradict_v they_o as_o oft_o as_o you_o please_v but_o methinks_v some_o maintainer_n of_o a_o contrary_a opinion_n deserve_v more_o consideration_n from_o a_o english_a bishop_n than_o your_o lordship_n here_o seem_v willing_a to_o afford_v they_o it_o be_v a_o very_a bold_a censure_n that_o at_o once_o reach_v the_o compiler_n of_o the_o homily_n a_o whole_a university_n and_o the_o repeat_v convocation_n of_o the_o clergy_n and_o that_o charge_v all_o these_o ornament_n of_o the_o church_n of_o england_n with_o want_n of_o learning_n or_o care_n to_o understand_v the_o constitution_n of_o our_o own_o government_n and_o of_o the_o necessary_a knowledge_n of_o the_o degree_n of_o submission_n which_o be_v due_a from_o the_o subject_n to_o our_o king_n for_o all_o these_o agree_v that_o a_o supreme_a power_n be_v lodge_v with_o they_o little_a low_o declare_v their_o original_a to_o be_v neither_o by_o chance_n and_o fortune_n nor_o by_o ambition_n but_o that_o they_o be_v special_o appoint_v by_o the_o ordinance_n of_o god._n
