in_o ireland_n be_v not_o in_o my_o opinion_n to_o be_v reject_v the_o condition_n under_o which_o they_o will_v disburse_v the_o same_o be_v now_o the_o thing_n we_o have_v to_o consider_v of_o viz._n 1._o that_o london-derry_n in_o ireland_n now_o in_o subjection_n to_o the_o rebel_n when_o recover_v may_v be_v restore_v to_o they_o and_o satisfaction_n make_v by_o the_o rebel_n for_o the_o damage_n do_v thereto_o 2._o that_o all_o that_o shall_v be_v win_v both_o land_n and_o good_n from_o the_o rebel_n by_o the_o army_n pay_v with_o their_o money_n may_v be_v they_o for_o the_o same_o
