adulterer_n because_o in_o such_o a_o case_n the_o second_o matrimony_n be_v good_a and_o valid_a as_o the_o first_o be_v yet_o he_o do_v not_o think_v it_o be_v always_o right_o do_v and_o that_o husband_n of_o adulterous_a wife_n ought_v always_o to_o divorce_v they_o and_o marry_v other_o but_o rather_o that_o it_o may_v sometime_o so_o happen_v that_o the_o wife_n be_v a_o adulteress_n her_o husband_n may_v nevertheless_o sin_n if_o he_o put_v she_o away_o and_o take_v another_o for_o in_o case_n a_o wife_n have_v commit_v adultery_n and_o the_o husband_n be_v so_o mind_v as_o to_o judge_v that_o it_o make_v more_o for_o the_o glory_n of_o god_n not_o to_o put_v she_o away_o and_o to_o take_v another_o than_o the_o contrary_a suppose_v it_o probable_a that_o if_o he_o take_v the_o adulteress_n again_o she_o will_v be_v reclaim_v but_o if_o he_o put_v she_o quite_o away_o she_o will_v grow_v worse_o he_o ought_v not_o to_o divorce_v she_o and_o if_o he_o marry_v another_o he_o sin_v not_o because_o the_o second_o be_v no_o true_a marriage_n but_o because_o in_o refuse_v and_o divorce_v she_o and_o marry_v another_o he_o have_v sin_v against_o charity_n and_o his_o away_o and_o to_o marry_v another_o even_o as_o if_o there_o have_v never_o be_v any_o sin_n parent_n will_v never_o have_v cast_v off_o or_o renounce_v and_o disinherit_v their_o child_n and_o christian_n as_o those_o that_o shall_v be_v perfect_a be_v so_o far_o forbid_v to_o renounce_v their_o child_n for_o as_o much_o as_o those_o cause_n be_v forbid_v for_o which_o they_o may_v just_o renounce_v they_o but_o if_o child_n be_v such_o that_o their_o pa-parent_n may_v just_o renounce_v they_o it_o be_v allow_v to_o parent_n both_o to_o renounce_v they_o and_o to_o adopt_v other_o in_o or_o you_o be_v more_o careful_a to_o preserve_v sanctity_n than_o christ_n be_v if_o divorce_n draw_v so_o many_o inconvenience_n after_o it_o as_o you_o say_v we_o ought_v to_o confess_v that_o christ_n do_v ill_o who_o allow_v a_o man_n to_o practise_v it_o by_o reason_n of_o his_o wife_n adultery_n mesch_n if_o christ_n do_v permit_v it_o he_o permit_v it_o only_o as_o a_o evil_a thing_n och._n that_o he_o permit_v it_o to_o a_o man_n in_o case_n of_o his_o wife_n adultery_n be_v apparent_a out_o of_o his_o word_n which_o we_o have_v former_o hear_v but_o whether_o he_o do_v well_o or_o ill_a in_o permit_v the_o same_o that_o be_v a_o thing_n true_o which_o i_o will_v learn_v of_o you_o nor_o do_v i_o take_v you_o to_o be_v so_o shameless_a as_o to_o say_v that_o he_o do_v not_o well_o in_o permit_v the_o same_o mesch_n he_o do_v well_o to_o permit_v it_o och._n if_o he_o do_v well_o to_o permit_v it_o for_o adultery_n it_o follow_v that_o they_o do_v not_o well_o and_o be_v contrary_a to_o christ_n who_o deny_v the_o same_o though_o a_o man_n wife_n be_v a_o adultress_n mesch_n they_o do_v it_o to_o a_o good_a intent_n that_o those_o inconvenience_n may_v be_v avoid_v which_o be_v wont_a to_o spring_v from_o divorce_n och._n if_o great_a inconvenience_n arise_v from_o the_o allowance_n then_o from_o the_o forbid_n of_o divorce_n christ_n do_v ill_a to_o permit_v the_o same_o and_o they_o have_v do_v well_o that_o have_v forbid_v it_o but_o because_o it_o be_v wickedness_n to_o say_v that_o christ_n do_v ill_a to_o permit_v it_o we_o must_v confess_v that_o they_o have_v err_v that_o forbid_v it_o and_o that_o great_a inconvenience_n arise_v from_o deny_v then_o from_o permit_v the_o same_o therefore_o it_o be_v right_o permit_v by_o christ_n see_v of_o two_o evil_n if_o one_o must_v be_v choose_v we_o ought_v to_o choose_v the_o least_o but_o let_v we_o take_v this_o course_n do_v you_o reckon_v up_o the_o inconvenience_n which_o arise_v from_o divorce_a wife_n for_o adultery_n and_o i_o will_v recount_v such_o as_o spring_v from_o forbid_v to_o divorceâ—_n they_o which_o evil_n be_v afterwards_o put_v into_o the_o balance_n one_o against_o another_o we_o shall_v see_v which_o be_v the_o great_a mesch_n i_o be_o content_a and_o in_o the_o first_o place_n if_o it_o be_v lawful_a for_o man_n to_o put_v away_o their_o wife_n for_o adultery_n see_v the_o number_n of_o unchaste_a woman_n be_v great_a there_o will_v be_v a_o world_n of_o divorce_n from_o whence_o infinite_a inconvenience_n will_v arise_v och._n in_o the_o first_o place_n i_o believe_v there_o be_v many_o chaste_a woman_n and_o if_o some_o prove_v unchaste_a i_o be_o sure_a there_o will_v be_v the_o few_o if_o they_o shall_v know_v they_o may_v be_v divorce_v for_o adultery_n and_o shall_v suffer_v the_o just_a penalty_n thereof_o add_v hereunto_o that_o i_o do_v not_o say_v that_o a_o man_n may_v put_v away_o his_o wife_n for_o every_o suspicion_n no_o not_o if_o he_o shall_v see_v she_o play_v the_o adulteress_n with_o his_o own_o eye_n but_o only_o if_o he_o shall_v convict_v she_o of_o adultery_n before_o judge_n appoint_v to_o hear_v such_o case_n nor_o be_v the_o husband_n in_o such_o case_n bind_v to_o put_v she_o away_o nay_o but_o it_o be_v lawful_a for_o he_o not_o only_o not_o to_o put_v she_o away_o in_o such_o a_o case_n but_o and_o to_o marry_v another_o without_o the_o magistrate_n consent_n who_o may_v sometime_o determine_v that_o he_o shall_v not_o divorce_v she_o as_o if_o for_o example_n sake_n he_o fear_v lest_o and_o therefore_o there_o will_v not_o be_v in_o this_o case_n so_o many_o divorce_n as_o you_o have_v intimate_v mesch_n if_o the_o magistrate_n in_o such_o a_o case_n as_o you_o have_v propound_v wouâ—d_fw-mi not_o suffer_v she_o to_o be_v divorce_v by_o her_o husband_n he_o shall_v then_o according_a to_o your_o judgement_n go_v contrary_a to_o christ_n and_o therefore_o the_o husband_n a_o power_n of_o take_v cognizance_n whether_o woman_n accuse_v of_o adultery_n be_v indeed_o and_o in_o truth_n adulteress_n or_o not_o and_o in_o case_n they_o shall_v be_v lawful_o convict_v of_o
