in_o the_o several_a branch_n thereof_o be_v not_o only_o hurtful_a unto_o we_o but_o also_o injurious_a unto_o the_o due_a estimation_n of_o the_o death_n of_o christ_n i_o can_v more_o fit_o offender_n and_o have_v not_o keep_v the_o several_a statute_n and_o law_n of_o their_o prince_n so_o that_o they_o will_v proceed_v no_o further_o with_o they_o but_o to_o be_v bring_v forth_o and_o charge_v with_o their_o several_a felony_n murder_n or_o treason_n that_o they_o have_v commit_v and_o to_o have_v their_o wickedness_n particular_o lay_v out_o in_o number_n of_o deed_n &_o manner_n of_o do_v that_o may_v best_o set_v out_o the_o heinousness_n thereof_o that_o in_o no_o ease_n may_v be_v abide_v and_o yet_o notwithstanding_o before_o that_o time_n neither_o be_v their_o own_o estate_n great_o fear_v nor_o yet_o the_o law_n so_o much_o as_o think_v upon_o how_o to_o be_v satisfy_v it_o be_v this_o particular_a sight_n of_o sin_n that_o send_v we_o forthwith_o unto_o christ_n and_o make_v he_o appear_v both_o glorious_a in_o the_o multitude_n of_o his_o so_o great_a mercy_n and_o most_o necessary_a in_o the_o consideration_n of_o our_o so_o many_o dangerous_a therefore_o to_o live_v in_o it_o or_o otherwise_o so_o hard_a as_o the_o truth_n be_v in_o very_a deed_n that_o he_o remain_v under_o the_o curse_n of_o god_n who_o continue_v not_o in_o all_o from_o they_o again_o upon_o who_o they_o be_v thus_o especial_o employ_v hereupon_o arise_v the_o particular_a calling_n that_o be_v when_o by_o reason_n of_o particular_a benefit_n and_o blessing_n which_o we_o receive_v of_o particular_a person_n we_o become_v indebt_v unto_o they_o again_o for_o several_a duty_n more_o and_o above_o those_o general_a duty_n which_o we_o owe_v unto_o all_o man_n this_o commandment_n comprehend_v all_o particular_a calling_n of_o what_o condition_n soever_o they_o shall_v be_v for_o the_o law_n be_v a_o perfect_v rule_n of_o righteousness_n can_v content_v itself_o with_o general_a duty_n alone_o when_o this_o duty_n from_o superior_n be_v not_o give_v to_o they_o that_o be_v under_o they_o it_o come_v often_o to_o pass_v by_o the_o just_a judgement_n of_o god_n and_o yet_o with_o the_o inferior_n their_o great_a sin_n &_o heinous_a offence_n that_o they_o become_v unthankful_a undutiful_a &_o rebellious_a against_o those_o that_o be_v set_v over_o they_o arm_v by_o the_o just_a judgement_n of_o god_n to_o deny_v duty_n unto_o they_o from_o who_o they_o have_v receive_v none_o master_n complain_v of_o the_o unfaithfulness_n of_o servant_n and_o yet_o be_v there_o never_o any_o time_n when_o servant_n have_v just_a cause_n to_o complain_v of_o undutiful_a master_n for_o where_o be_v those_o master_n to_o be_v find_v that_o have_v any_o just_a regard_n of_o the_o sweat_n of_o their_o servant_n which_o be_v their_o blood_n bestow_v in_o their_o service_n how_o slender_o be_v they_o recompense_v when_o they_o have_v spend_v their_o young_a year_n the_o flower_n of_o their_o life_n upon_o they_o yet_o even_o reason_n will_v that_o see_v the_o lord_n have_v lay_v the_o maintenance_n of_o their_o life_n upon_o their_o labour_n and_o travel_v which_o their_o master_n have_v eat_v up_o they_o shall_v not_o be_v so_o cruel_o unkind_a as_o after_o their_o long_a service_n to_o send_v they_o away_o with_o a_o empty_a hand_n i_o omit_v to_o speak_v how_o little_a the_o care_n be_v of_o bring_v they_o up_o in_o the_o fear_n of_o god_n the_o number_n of_o those_o parent_n which_o careful_o perform_v this_o duty_n towards_o their_o child_n to_o make_v they_o learned_a in_o the_o law_n of_o their_o god_n be_v as_o small_a and_o where_o shall_v we_o find_v any_o number_n of_o such_o magistrate_n as_o employ_v themselves_o to_o terrify_v wickedness_n and_o wicked_a man_n and_o to_o encourage_v the_o good_a in_o their_o goodness_n these_o thing_n be_v as_o well_o due_a from_o they_o as_o the_o other_o duty_n before_o recite_v belong_v unto_o they_o there_o be_v also_o general_o require_v of_o all_o superior_n that_o love_a deal_n and_o behaviour_n towards_o their_o inferior_n which_o may_v witness_v that_o they_o be_v not_o unthankful_a for_o those_o special_a benefit_n which_o they_o do_v receive_v from_o they_o for_o if_o love_n which_o have_v in_o it_o special_a good_a will_n and_o like_n be_v command_v towards_o all_o man_n in_o general_a there_o must_v of_o necessity_n be_v a_o great_a measure_n of_o it_o between_o those_o that_o be_v more_o particular_o employ_v the_o one_o upon_o the_o other_o this_o love_a regard_n of_o they_o outward_o declare_v in_o deed_n and_o behaviour_n must_v come_v in_o as_o a_o supply_n to_o help_v to_o bear_v and_o sustain_v the_o weight_n of_o labour_n &_o subjection_n which_o the_o nature_n of_o man_n otherwise_o can_v hardly_o digest_v as_o in_o a_o man_n body_n more_o labour_n or_o cost_n be_v bestow_v about_o those_o part_n that_o have_v the_o least_o beauty_n and_o form_n in_o themselves_o in_o so_o much_o that_o those_o part_n which_o as_o they_o be_v of_o themselves_o dare_v least_o abide_v the_o eye_n be_v set_v forth_o with_o more_o beauty_n to_o the_o eye_n thereby_o after_o a_o manner_n have_v recompense_n of_o their_o want_n in_o the_o body_n so_o in_o the_o body_n of_o the_o common_a wealth_n and_o in_o the_o society_n of_o man_n tender_a regard_n of_o superior_n and_o amiable_a affection_n towards_o those_o that_o be_v under_o they_o shall_v bear_v up_o a_o part_n of_o that_o heavy_a burden_n of_o subjection_n and_o service_n the_o gift_n and_o grace_n of_o god_n in_o other_o crave_v also_o honour_n from_o we_o for_o be_v fellowe-member_n of_o one_o body_n we_o have_v our_o benefit_n and_o fare_v the_o better_a for_o the_o several_a gift_n of_o other_o for_o the_o lord_n have_v make_v such_o a_o division_n of_o his_o gift_n as_o that_o he_o have_v lay_v a_o necessary_a part_n of_o the_o welfare_n of_o every_o man_n out_o of_o himself_o in_o some_o other_o the_o lack_n whereof_o make_v he_o maim_v in_o himself_o &_o therefore_o force_v he_o to_o seek_v unto_o other_o for_o his_o perfect_v form_n &_o just_a proportion_n these_o gift_n of_o god_n we_o be_v not_o only_o bind_v to_o see_v and_o behold_v but_o also_o to_o
our_o face_n etc_n etc_n but_o the_o godly_a man_n that_o ever_o live_v be_v never_o free_a from_o all_o those_o punishment_n that_o there_o be_v appoint_v for_o the_o transgressor_n of_o the_o law_n nor_o yet_o bless_v with_o all_o those_o blessing_n in_o all_o thing_n which_o be_v promise_v to_o they_o that_o keep_v the_o law_n 28._o and_o thereupon_o we_o may_v safe_o conclude_v that_o the_o godly_a man_n that_o ever_o live_v do_v never_o fulfil_v the_o law_n for_o then_o sure_o the_o lord_n will_v have_v stand_v steadfast_a to_o his_o promise_n both_o to_o have_v procure_v all_o these_o blessing_n promise_v unto_o he_o and_o also_o to_o have_v keep_v every_o part_n of_o those_o punishment_n from_o he_o which_o be_v appoint_v for_o the_o transgressor_n of_o the_o commandment_n of_o god._n 1.18_o in_o this_o manner_n do_v the_o apostle_n prove_v that_o righteousness_n come_v by_o the_o mercy_n of_o god_o take_v hold_v on_o by_o faith_n because_o the_o wrath_n of_o god_o be_v reveal_v from_o heaven_n against_o all_o unrighteousness_n and_o ungodliness_n of_o man_n withhold_v the_o truth_n in_o unrighteousness_n proceed_v to_o the_o punishment_n of_o the_o gentile_n â–ª_o to_o declare_v what_o do_v befall_v they_o declare_v also_o as_o concern_v the_o jew_n that_o the_o name_n of_o god_o be_v evil_o speak_v of_o for_o they_o that_o calamity_n be_v in_o their_o way_n and_o that_o they_o have_v not_o know_v the_o way_n of_o peace_n take_v his_o ground_n from_o the_o punishment_n that_o light_n upon_o they_o to_o prove_v that_o they_o do_v hold_v the_o truth_n in_o unrighteousness_n that_o their_o obedience_n do_v not_o answer_v unto_o their_o knowledge_n which_o they_o have_v of_o god_o that_o they_o can_v claim_v nothing_o in_o respect_n of_o their_o deed_n which_o the_o lord_n from_o heaven_n have_v reprove_v by_o punishment_n bring_v in_o upon_o they_o and_o therefore_o he_o do_v strengthen_v his_o former_a affirmation_n that_o the_o just_a man_n shall_v live_v by_o faith_n which_o be_v his_o purpose_n to_o prove_v unto_o they_o and_o unto_o the_o which_o end_n he_o direct_v all_o his_o speech_n in_o those_o four_o chapter_n in_o like_a manner_n 14._o the_o apostle_n prove_v to_o the_o roman_n that_o all_o man_n have_v sin_n even_o child_n that_o do_v never_o commit_v any_o actual_a offence_n because_o death_n which_o be_v the_o punishment_n of_o sin_n do_v take_v hold_n upon_o all_o this_o one_o punishment_n therefore_o if_o there_o be_v no_o other_o may_v suffice_v to_o prove_v that_o no_o man_n ever_o do_v keep_v the_o law_n because_o death_n which_o be_v a_o punishment_n for_o transgress_v the_o law_n do_v seize_v upon_o all_o man_n of_o what_o estate_n degree_n or_o year_n so_o ever_o it_o be_v the_o reason_n of_o the_o apostle_n in_o that_o place_n that_o because_o all_o have_v sin_v therefore_o death_n come_v upon_o all_o provide_v by_o the_o deal_n of_o god_o against_o man_n in_o punish_v of_o he_o that_o man_n have_v deal_v against_o god_o in_o transgress_v of_o his_o law_n and_o commandment_n nay_o provide_v which_o be_v yet_o more_o that_o because_o god_o punish_v all_o man_n therefore_o every_o man_n have_v offend_v against_o he_o in_o transgress_v his_o law_n and_o commandment_n so_o that_o there_o be_v no_o man_n that_o can_v say_v he_o have_v or_o do_v fulfil_v the_o law_n for_o if_o it_o may_v in_o truth_n be_v utter_v of_o any_o man_n that_o he_o be_v able_a to_o fulfil_v the_o law_n it_o may_v in_o like_a manner_n as_o true_o be_v affirm_v and_o hope_v for_o that_o the_o same_o man_n shall_v never_o die_v or_o change_v this_o corruptible_a estate_n wherefore_o then_o serve_v the_o law_n may_v it_o stand_v with_o the_o righteousness_n of_o god_o to_o command_v any_o thing_n that_o we_o can_v not_o do_v or_o to_o make_v promise_n of_o life_n for_o the_o keep_n and_o observe_v of_o that_o which_o he_o know_v assure_o we_o can_v not_o perform_v first_o that_o the_o lord_n may_v righteous_o require_v that_o kind_n of_o obedience_n at_o our_o hand_n though_o it_o be_v not_o possible_a for_o we_o to_o perform_v it_o may_v be_v prove_v hereby_o because_o we_o shall_v have_v have_v power_n to_o have_v perform_v it_o if_o we_o have_v continue_v in_o that_o estate_n that_o he_o have_v leave_v we_o in_o our_o sin_n therefore_o and_o weakness_n by_o the_o mean_a of_o sin_n which_o be_v our_o own_o offence_n can_v not_o now_o make_v that_o unrighteous_a in_o god_o which_o before_o be_v righteous_a our_o unrighteousness_n and_o sin_n can_v not_o make_v we_o less_o indebt_v unto_o god_o then_o before_o we_o be_v be_v it_o not_o blasphemy_n to_o say_v that_o because_o we_o have_v offend_v more_o therefore_o the_o justice_n of_o god_o shall_v be_v less_o then_o before_o it_o have_v be_v we_o confess_v it_o be_v just_a before_o the_o fall_n of_o man_n to_o require_v all_o these_o duty_n at_o our_o hand_n because_o he_o have_v give_v we_o power_n and_o ability_n to_o be_v able_a to_o perform_v they_o and_o can_v our_o sin_n so_o pull_v in_o the_o justice_n of_o god_o that_o now_o it_o shall_v no_o long_o be_v lawful_a for_o he_o to_o keep_v the_o same_o rule_n of_o equity_n which_o he_o do_v observe_v before_o moreover_o who_o can_v let_v the_o lord_n who_o be_v indebt_v unto_o no_o man_n to_o promise_v eternal_o life_n under_o what_o deed_n or_o covenant_n so_o ever_o seem_v good_a unto_o he_o shall_v it_o be_v unlawful_a for_o a_o man_n who_o have_v some_o portion_n of_o land_n to_o sell_v to_o say_v unto_o a_o poor_a man_n who_o be_v not_o able_a to_o give_v half_a so_o much_o as_o he_o do_v offer_v to_o sell_v it_o for_o and_o as_o it_o be_v worth_a in_o deed_n thus_o much_o i_o mean_v to_o have_v for_o it_o of_o he_o who_o so_o ever_o shall_v enjoy_v it_o be_v it_o unlawful_a thus_o to_o price_n it_o because_o the_o poor_a man_n be_v not_o worth_a so_o much_o as_o will_v purchase_v it_o do_v his_o poverty_n make_v the_o land_n of_o less_o value_n either_o else_o make_v it_o unlawful_a for_o he_o to_o require_v any_o thing_n like_o as_o the_o goodness_n of_o the_o ground_n do_v deserve_v no_o man_n will_v think_v this_o to_o have_v any_o equity_n or_o right_n in_o it_o no_o more_o sure_o have_v this_o other_o that_o our_o poverty_n and_o want_n shall_v make_v it_o unlawful_a for_o the_o lord_n to_o esteem_v the_o treasure_n of_o his_o kingdom_n above_o all_o the_o obedience_n that_o we_o can_v perform_v and_o to_o set_v they_o at_o a_o great_a price_n than_o this_o poverty_n and_o want_n that_o we_o be_v in_o shall_v ever_o be_v able_a to_o reach_v unto_o if_o it_o be_v further_o demand_v what_o meaning_n the_o lord_n have_v in_o promise_a life_n unto_o we_o for_o do_v of_o that_o which_o he_o know_v we_o never_o can_v perform_v and_o bring_v to_o pass_v it_o be_v to_o be_v answer_v that_o the_o lord_n do_v it_o to_o let_v we_o who_o be_v so_o well_o persuade_v by_o the_o nature_n of_o our_o own_o ability_n see_v clear_o into_o our_o poverty_n and_o want_n how_o great_a it_o be_v that_o we_o may_v have_v true_a trial_n within_o ourselves_o how_o great_o we_o be_v behold_v unto_o the_o free_a mercy_n of_o god_o in_o jesus_n christ_n when_o we_o shall_v have_v see_v plain_o by_o the_o law_n how_o unable_a we_o be_v to_o perform_v that_o there_o be_v require_v to_o be_v do_v of_o so_o many_o as_o hope_v for_o wage_n by_o reason_n of_o their_o work_n and_o that_o if_o we_o will_v lay_v claim_n to_o the_o mercy_n of_o god_o for_o our_o work_v we_o remain_v accurse_v for_o every_o sin_n and_o offence_n against_o the_o law_n commit_v by_o we_o because_o it_o be_v the_o write_a sentence_n of_o the_o law_n that_o he_o be_v curse_a that_o continue_v not_o in_o all_o thing_n that_o be_v write_v in_o the_o book_n of_o the_o law_n to_o do_v they_o than_o not_o from_o the_o bare_a speech_n of_o our_o mouth_n but_o from_o the_o true_a trial_n of_o our_o heart_n we_o be_v send_v to_o the_o mercy_n of_o god_o alone_o to_o stick_v whole_o unto_o they_o acknowledge_v all_o our_o goodness_n to_o proceed_v from_o thence_o alone_o and_o be_v compel_v by_o the_o sense_n and_o feel_n of_o our_o own_o want_n make_v know_v unto_o we_o by_o the_o law_n to_o let_v pass_v all_o that_o opinion_n of_o our_o own_o work_n which_o we_o before_o be_v so_o well_o persuade_v of_o as_o if_o some_o impotent_a and_o lame_a child_n that_o be_v in_o deed_n able_a to_o do_v nothing_o towards_o the_o earn_n of_o his_o live_a be_v chargeable_a to_o his_o father_n not_o only_o for_o himself_o but_o also_o for_o one_o that_o shall_v give_v attendance_n unto_o he_o shall_v in_o the_o foolish_a persuasion_n
this_o be_v the_o reason_n why_o it_o seem_v madness_n and_o extreme_a folly_n unto_o his_o servant_n whatsoever_o be_v not_o approve_v by_o his_o word_n have_v it_o never_o so_o strong_a reason_n of_o man_n wit_n to_o uphold_v it_o withal_o it_o be_v not_o their_o wisdom_n they_o can_v see_v no_o wit_n in_o it_o for_o christ_n be_v become_v wisdom_n unto_o they_o and_o they_o have_v learn_v no_o such_o thing_n of_o he_o in_o his_o word_n therefore_o it_o be_v their_o wisdom_n to_o reject_v such_o wisdom_n it_o be_v a_o marvelous_a thing_n that_o any_o man_n who_o have_v wit_n and_o reason_n shall_v mislike_v that_o religion_n which_o have_v nothing_o else_o in_o it_o but_o force_n of_o wit_n and_o strength_n of_o reason_n but_o let_v we_o cease_v to_o marvel_v and_o begin_v to_o magnify_v the_o goodness_n of_o that_o god_n who_o vouchsafe_v to_o become_v wisdom_n unto_o he_o teach_v they_o in_o his_o word_n another_o manner_n of_o wisdom_n then_o that_o which_o be_v teach_v they_o of_o there_o own_o wit_n and_o reason_n here_o you_o see_v then_o the_o first_o benefit_n that_o come_v with_o christ_n unto_o his_o even_o wisdom_n in_o his_o word_n do_v we_o mean_v to_o approve_v it_o before_o god_n &_o man_n that_o we_o be_v call_v unto_o the_o fellowship_n of_o christ_n and_o become_v christian_n in_o deed_n let_v we_o then_o become_v wise_a after_o his_o word_n let_v we_o give_v over_o our_o own_o wit_n and_o reason_n in_o the_o governe_a of_o our_o life_n either_o toward_o god_n or_o man_n and_o betake_v we_o to_o his_o word_n who_o be_v become_v our_o wisdom_n let_v the_o word_n of_o god_n dwell_v rich_o in_o we_o in_o all_o wisdom_n teach_v &_o admonish_v ourselves_o as_o we_o be_v command_v by_o the_o apostle_n 1â—_o for_o if_o in_o our_o deal_n with_o god_n or_o man_n we_o like_v well_o enough_o of_o the_o counsel_n have_v from_o our_o own_o wit_n in_o vain_a be_v this_o boast_n make_v that_o christ_n be_v become_v wisdom_n unto_o we_o for_o he_o pull_v he_o from_o the_o device_n of_o their_o own_o wit_n in_o the_o order_n of_o their_o conversation_n unto_o the_o government_n of_o his_o word_n let_v they_o understand_v and_o feel_v the_o want_n &_o wretchedness_n of_o the_o one_o and_o the_o sufficiency_n and_o blessedness_n of_o the_o other_o christ_n as_o you_o see_v at_o his_o first_o come_n change_v our_o wisdom_n this_o be_v his_o work_n where_o be_v then_o our_o frank_a and_o free_a will_n unto_o that_o which_o be_v good_a when_o it_o be_v manifest_a we_o can_v see_v what_o be_v good_a before_o christ_n lighten_v we_o who_o be_v become_v our_o wisdom_n we_o have_v no_o will_n unto_o any_o thing_n but_o that_o which_o our_o wit_n approve_v and_o our_o judgement_n do_v embrace_v and_o good_a thing_n can_v we_o not_o in_o judgement_n embrace_v and_o like_v before_o christ_n who_o be_v our_o wisdom_n shall_v have_v change_v our_o judgement_n if_o christ_n must_v open_v our_o heart_n and_o change_v our_o mind_n before_o we_o can_v have_v true_a wisdom_n and_o understanding_n of_o good_a thing_n which_o we_o must_v approve_v in_o judgement_n before_o we_o have_v a_o desire_n and_o will_n unto_o they_o in_o our_o affection_n it_o follow_v necessary_o that_o not_o from_o ourselves_o but_o from_o christ_n come_v all_o the_o free_a will_n which_o we_o have_v unto_o that_o which_o be_v in_o deed_n good_a for_o we_o have_v no_o will_n unto_o any_o thing_n but_o that_o which_o we_o approve_v and_o like_v in_o our_o judgement_n we_o can_v approve_v and_o like_v in_o our_o judgement_n no_o good_a thing_n before_o our_o judgement_n be_v good_a good_a judgement_n &_o wisdom_n we_o have_v not_o of_o ourselves_o but_o be_v teach_v it_o of_o christ_n and_o have_v it_o with_o he_o who_o be_v make_v our_o wisdom_n therefore_o the_o desire_n and_o will_n unto_o good_a thing_n we_o have_v not_o from_o ourselves_o but_o from_o christ_n amongst_o who_o gift_n the_o very_o foremost_a be_v that_o he_o give_v himself_o unto_o we_o when_o he_o give_v we_o the_o knowledge_n of_o himself_o in_o his_o word_n righteousness_n the_o second_o benefit_n that_o we_o receive_v from_o god_n the_o father_n by_o christ_n be_v righteousness_n for_o it_o be_v write_v as_o we_o have_v hear_v before_o that_o he_o be_v make_v wisdom_n unto_o we_o and_o righteousness_n etc_n etc_n this_o righteousness_n consist_v in_o two_o point_n the_o first_o be_v in_o discharge_v we_o of_o our_o sin_n the_o second_o be_v in_o present_v we_o blameless_a before_o his_o father_n in_o such_o perfect_a obedience_n as_o the_o law_n can_v reprove_v nor_o just_o charge_v with_o any_o want_n this_o be_v perform_v to_o we_o in_o christ_n who_o have_v satisfy_v in_o his_o suffering_n for_o our_o sin_n and_o wrought_v our_o full_a discharge_n and_o also_o perfect_o keep_v the_o whole_a law_n and_o every_o commandment_n thereof_o in_o the_o behalf_n of_o we_o that_o be_v he_o for_o he_o be_v god_n and_o therefore_o above_o the_o law_n as_o lord_n and_o giver_n thereof_o need_v not_o to_o have_v become_v a_o subject_n thereunto_o for_o himself_o whereby_o it_o appear_v plain_o that_o he_o go_v under_o that_o obedience_n in_o our_o name_n and_o for_o we_o and_o that_o the_o same_o obedience_n of_o he_o be_v available_a for_o we_o that_o be_v he_o according_a as_o it_o be_v write_v to_o the_o roman_n in_o from_o we_o our_o root_n be_v rot_v in_o adam_n and_o therefore_o bring_v forth_o fruit_n accordingly_z we_o must_v therefore_o be_v graft_v into_o christ_n and_o then_o draw_v power_n from_o he_o to_o bring_v forth_o fruit_n that_o shall_v be_v please_v unto_o he_o and_o acceptable_a in_o his_o sight_n according_a as_o our_o saviour_n christ_n say_v in_o john_n as_o the_o branch_n can_v not_o swear_n and_o often_o unreverent_a use_v of_o his_o name_n neither_o be_v there_o ever_o find_a man_n true_o fear_v the_o lord_n that_o walk_v without_o all_o awe_n and_o reverence_n of_o his_o word_n message_n or_o other_o matter_n whatsoever_o to_o dispatch_v they_o these_o kind_n of_o man_n use_v the_o sabbaoth_n day_n common_o to_o make_v a_o end_n of_o reckon_n or_o other_o kind_n of_o like_a matter_n not_o finish_v the_o former_a week_n and_o to_o set_v matter_n and_o business_n in_o a_o readiness_n for_o the_o week_n follow_v so_o that_o their_o head_n be_v as_o full_o fraught_v with_o the_o world_n that_o day_n as_o upon_o any_o other_o and_o therefore_o far_o from_o the_o right_a use_n thereof_o which_o be_v to_o be_v empty_v of_o all_o such_o thing_n that_o better_a may_v have_v enable_v from_o he_o to_o send_v abroad_o such_o fruit_n of_o true_a reverence_n and_o honour_n as_o may_v come_v to_o the_o sight_n &_o hear_v of_o many_o to_o the_o great_a praise_n of_o his_o name_n the_o six_o lecture_n upon_o the_o thirteen_o verse_n 13_o thou_o shall_v not_o kill_v the_o former_a commandment_n have_v give_v forth_o instruction_n for_o particular_a calling_n from_o will_v be_v a_o hard_a matter_n to_o answer_v before_o the_o almighty_a if_o we_o have_v give_v occasion_n whereby_o our_o neighbour_n have_v receive_v loss_n of_o life_n david_n carefulness_n herein_o be_v worthy_o commend_v to_o all_o posterity_n who_o when_o his_o man_n break_v through_o the_o host_n of_o the_o philistine_n with_o the_o danger_n of_o their_o life_n have_v bring_v he_o the_o heart_n then_o can_v the_o tongue_n itself_o which_o if_o it_o be_v infect_v with_o hatred_n or_o disdain_n sure_o it_o be_v that_o all_o thing_n be_v not_o well_o at_o home_n in_o the_o heart_n and_o therefore_o all_o man_n must_v observe_v the_o inclination_n of_o the_o heart_n by_o the_o usage_n of_o the_o tongue_n that_o when_o it_o come_v abroad_o cast_v forth_o hatred_n wrath_n and_o debate_n we_o may_v with_o speed_n return_n to_o the_o fountain_n that_o be_v the_o heart_n to_o purge_v and_o cleanse_v the_o same_o because_o we_o be_v sure_a that_o from_o thence_o the_o tongue_n receive_v all_o poison_n if_o we_o shall_v prevail_v much_o in_o suppress_v hatred_n both_o in_o our_o heart_n tongue_n and_o hand_n yet_o be_v not_o that_o all_o which_o be_v here_o command_v for_o the_o lord_n in_o forbid_a murder_n mean_v not_o to_o stay_v there_o but_o in_o remove_v hatred_n his_o purpose_n be_v to_o make_v way_n &_o passage_n for_o merciful_a deal_n towards_o the_o life_n of_o other_o and_o necessary_a it_o be_v that_o he_o shall_v give_v we_o warning_n of_o that_o stumble_a block_n which_o lie_v in_o the_o way_n lest_o we_o suspect_v no_o such_o matter_n shall_v they_o before_o it_o have_v drive_v they_o in_o at_o the_o door_n of_o death_n job_n speak_v of_o this_o sin_n of_o adultery_n say_v that_o it_o be_v a_o fire_n that_o devour_v all_o to_o destruction_n 31.12_o so_o that_o by_o this_o testimony_n the_o house_n of_o the_o whoremonger_n must_v be_v consume_v and_o there_o be_v a_o secret_a fire_n flame_v there_o that_o threaten_v to_o
