other_o man_n good_n without_o the_o owner_n consent_n or_o privity_n restore_v the_o same_o again_o and_o a_o other_o as_o good_a as_o that_o be_v beside_o but_o if_o the_o thing_n so_o sell_v can_v not_o be_v get_v again_o than_o he_o pay_v two_o other_o thing_n as_o good_a as_o that_o be_v which_o he_o sell_v he_o which_o buy_v any_o thing_n and_o give_v earnest_a for_o it_o be_v force_v to_o stand_v to_o his_o bargain_n unless_o the_o other_o party_n be_v willing_a to_o release_v he_o or_o else_o he_o lose_v the_o thing_n he_o give_v earnest_a for_o and_o pay_v the_o full_a price_n agree_v upon_o notwithstanding_o if_o a_o man_n sell_v a_o thing_n which_o be_v nought_o he_o be_v constrain_v to_o take_v it_o again_o at_o any_o time_n within_o three_o day_n or_o else_o he_o be_v one_o enter_v into_o a_o other_o man_n ground_n and_o claim_v it_o for_o his_o own_o he_o pay_v for_o his_o rashness_n six_o shilling_n and_o restore_v the_o ground_n to_o the_o owner_n again_o a_o witness_n produce_v to_o give_v testimony_n neither_o can_v nor_o ought_v to_o be_v resist_v unless_o in_o case_n of_o one_o that_o be_v dead_a in_o which_o case_n he_o be_v to_o make_v good_a his_o evidence_n by_o battle_n and_o if_o he_o hap_v to_o get_v the_o victory_n he_o be_v then_o creditted_n and_o no_o long_o impugn_a if_o there_o be_v many_o witness_n than_o one_o be_v elect_v by_o who_o hand_n i_o hold_v i_o be_o produce_v as_o a_o witness_n to_o speak_v the_o truth_n touch_v this_o matter_n now_o in_o question_n and_o then_o join_v all_o their_o hand_n together_o to_o swear_v and_o protest_v the_o truth_n he_o alone_o hold_v in_o his_o other_o hand_n one_o other_o that_o swear_v with_o he_o depose_v as_o seem_v he_o good_a and_o if_o he_o swear_v false_a and_o be_v unjust_o procure_v he_o to_o undertake_v the_o combat_n pay_v twelve_o shilling_n for_o composition_n but_o no_o more_o he_o which_o sell_v any_o thing_n from_o a_o freeman_n that_o be_v dead_a and_o bury_v pay_v unto_o his_o parent_n or_o friend_n forty_o shilling_n and_o restore_v that_o which_o he_o steal_v away_o he_o that_o murder_v a_o freeman_n secret_o cast_v his_o body_n either_o into_o a_o river_n or_o other_o base_a place_n whereby_o he_o be_v deprive_v of_o due_a suneral_n and_o exequy_n do_v first_o pay_v forty_o shilling_n and_o afterward_o a_o were-geld_a if_o a_o freeman_n be_v slay_v and_o cast_v into_o a_o river_n or_o into_o the_o sea_n and_o after_o his_o body_n happen_v to_o be_v cast_v upon_o shore_n if_o any_o one_o tumble_v he_o into_o the_o water_n again_o he_o forfeit_v forty_o shilling_n and_o if_o a_o servant_n or_o bondman_n be_v so_o slay_v and_o cast_v up_o than_o he_o which_o adventure_v to_o throw_v he_o in_o again_o forfeit_v nine_o pound_n he_o which_o slay_v a_o man_n and_o take_v his_o apparel_n from_o he_o pay_v twice_o the_o worth_n of_o his_o apparel_n and_o he_o which_o cut_v or_o mangle_v the_o carcase_n of_o a_o dead_a man_n pay_v twelve_o shilling_n for_o every_o member_n he_o so_o cut_v or_o mangle_v he_o which_o find_v the_o body_n of_o a_o dead_a man_n and_o out_o of_o his_o compassion_n afford_v it_o burial_n lest_o it_o shall_v be_v devour_v by_o beast_n or_o bird_n the_o friend_n or_o master_n of_o the_o dead_a man_n give_v he_o twelve_o penny_n for_o his_o pain_n he_o which_o remove_v a_o other_o man_n ship_n or_o boat_n out_o of_o his_o place_n restore_v unto_o the_o owner_n either_o the_o same_o again_o in_o
