inextricable_a thing_n that_o so_o many_o nation_n shall_v agree_v to_o reject_v what_o they_o approve_v and_o to_o approve_v what_o they_o reject_v to_o say_v here_o that_o they_o draw_v this_o definition_n from_o the_o idea_n of_o sovereignty_n which_o lose_v its_o nature_n when_o divest_v of_o these_o character_n show_v they_o be_v willing_a either_o to_o abuse_v themselves_o or_o other_o
