thought_n of_o christ_n and_o of_o redemption_n in_o he_o do_v thou_o not_o know_v first_o that_o the_o sinner_n must_v find_v his_o full_a discharge_n in_o his_o blood_n thou_o must_v be_v behold_v to_o christ_n for_o the_o payment_n of_o the_o small_a as_o well_o as_o of_o the_o great_a debt_n second_o that_o the_o strength_n and_o merit_n of_o christ_n death_n exceed_v the_o merit_n of_o all_o sin_n where_o sin_n abound_v there_o grace_v abound_v much_o more_o if_o it_o have_v not_o than_o the_o sinner_n can_v not_o have_v be_v pardon_v for_o then_o justice_n have_v not_o be_v satisfy_v three_o what_o the_o extension_n of_o christ_n death_n may_v be_v i_o will_v not_o dispute_v but_o this_o be_v clear_a the_o intention_n or_o merit_n of_o his_o death_n be_v infinite_a and_o exceed_v the_o great_a sin_n why_o if_o sin_n have_v not_o be_v great_a or_o if_o the_o greatness_n of_o they_o do_v prejudice_n from_o christ_n real_o god_n will_v never_o have_v give_v so_o great_a a_o heart_n lie_v flat_a on_o earth_n when_o our_o eye_n look_v towards_o heaven_n in_o prayer_n for_o one_o good_a work_n that_o we_o do_v how_o many_o bad_a which_o we_o shall_v not_o do_v like_o boy_n for_o one_o fair_a line_n twenty_o with_o blot_n and_o blur_n or_o like_o the_o archer_n whereas_o they_o hit_v the_o mark_n once_o they_o miss_v it_o a_o hundred_o time_n let_v we_o but_o cast_v the_o account_n of_o our_o ill_a work_n with_o the_o good_a and_o we_o shall_v find_v with_o shame_n and_o sorrow_n that_o our_o good_a work_n be_v not_o equal_a with_o our_o bad_a in_o number_n nor_o so_o strong_a in_o dignity_n to_o wipe_v out_o the_o bad_a but_o the_o bad_a as_o they_o be_v more_o for_o number_n so_o their_o cry_n of_o gilt_n be_v more_o meritorious_a to_o cast_v both_o our_o person_n and_o all_o our_o work_n before_o the_o judgement_n seat_n of_o god_n than_o the_o good_a to_o ingratiate_v or_o merit_v for_o we_o 2._o what_o proportion_n betwixt_o our_o work_n and_o betwixt_o our_o pardon_n and_o salvation_n if_o jacob_n be_v less_o than_o the_o least_o of_o outward_a benefit_n good_a god_n how_o far_o more_o unworthy_a be_v we_o of_o the_o spiritual_a yea_o of_o
