and_o jacob_n by_o conversation_n and_o example_n in_o egypt_n have_v much_o forget_v the_o old_a rule_n of_o nature_n law_n and_o the_o instruction_n and_o example_n of_o their_o godly_a parent_n and_o impute_v not_o their_o own_o sin_n unto_o themselves_o because_o they_o see_v no_o law_n write_v against_o their_o action_n and_o can_v not_o see_v the_o law_n in_o their_o own_o heart_n 20._o ro._n 5.13_o 20._o neither_o hear_v of_o any_o punishment_n denounce_v against_o they_o for_o their_o wickedness_n and_o will_v not_o hear_v the_o check_n of_o their_o own_o conscience_n and_o to_o the_o knowledge_n of_o sin_n and_o punishment_n and_o thereby_o to_o stop_v they_o in_o their_o career_n of_o wickedness_n by_o the_o fear_n of_o a_o curse_n and_o a_o fleshly_a hope_n of_o a_o fruitful_a land_n to_o dwell_v in_o if_o they_o will_v observe_v his_o law_n reserve_v a_o great_a blessing_n if_o they_o will_v trust_v in_o his_o promise_n which_o be_v the_o covenant_n of_o grace_n by_o which_o they_o be_v to_o be_v justify_v upon_o their_o faith_n in_o those_o promise_n and_o not_o by_o the_o work_v of_o the_o law_n so_o the_o law_n be_v add_v because_o of_o transgression_n till_o justification_n shall_v ome_z by_o the_o promise_n of_o grace_n for_o the_o law_n be_v weak_a and_o unprofitable_a to_o the_o purpose_n of_o salvation_n but_o helpful_a to_o the_o discovery_n and_o stop_n of_o sin_n and_o the_o curse_n that_o they_o may_v see_v the_o need_n they_o have_v of_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n by_o which_o they_o may_v be_v save_v and_o not_o by_o work_n for_o as_o the_o covenant_n of_o grace_n make_v with_o adam_n and_o renew_v to_o abraham_n have_v be_v needless_a if_o the_o covenant_n of_o work_n can_v have_v give_v life_n so_o after_o the_o promise_n or_o covenant_n of_o grace_n be_v once_o make_v it_o have_v be_v needless_a to_o renew_v the_o covenant_n of_o work_n to_o the_o end_n that_o righteousness_n and_o life_n shall_v be_v have_v thereby_o 3.19_o gal._n 3.19_o it_o be_v mere_o add_v because_o of_o transgression_n that_o be_v not_o set_v up_o as_o a_o solid_a thing_n in_o gross_a sufficient_a of_o itself_o but_o add_v or_o put_v to_o the_o former_a law_n give_v to_o adam_n which_o be_v most_o forget_v furthermore_o this_o law_n give_v on_o mount_n sinai_n be_v add_v by_o way_n of_o subserviency_n and_o attendance_n the_o better_a to_o advance_v and_o make_v effectual_a the_o covenant_n of_o grace_n so_o that_o although_o the_o same_o covenant_n which_o be_v make_v with_o adam_n be_v renew_v on_o mount_n sinai_n yet_o i_o say_v still_o it_o be_v not_o for_o the_o same_o purpose_n but_o it_o be_v give_v to_o adam_n as_o a_o rule_n of_o salvation_n by_o itself_o if_o he_o have_v keep_v it_o but_o it_o be_v renew_v only_o to_o help_v forward_o and_o to_o introduce_v another_o and_o better_a covenant_n and_o so_o to_o be_v
