the_o benefit_n of_o his_o own_o industry_n and_o without_o which_o man_n will_v fall_v out_o among_o themselves_o as_o do_v the_o herdsman_n of_o abraham_n and_o lot_n every_o man_n enchroach_v and_o usurp_v as_o much_o of_o the_o common_a benefit_n as_o he_o can_v which_o tend_v to_o quarrel_n and_o sedition_n second_o to_o divide_v the_o burden_n and_o charge_n of_o the_o common_a wealth_n proportionable_o now_o there_o be_v a_o proportionable_o to_o every_o man_n aby_o and_o there_o be_v a_o proportionable_o to_o his_o benefit_n by_o common_a weath_n and_o this_o latter_a be_v it_o which_o be_v according_a to_o the_o law_n of_o nature_n for_o the_o burden_n of_o the_o common_a wealth_n be_v the_o price_n that_o we_o pay_v for_o the_o benefit_n thereof_o they_o ought_v to_o be_v measure_v thereby_o and_o there_o be_v no_o reason_n when_o two_o man_n equal_o enjoy_v by_o the_o benefit_n of_o the_o common_a wealth_n their_o peace_n and_o liberty_n to_o use_v their_o industry_n to_o get_v their_o living_n where_o of_o one_o spare_v and_o lay_v up_o somewhat_o the_o other_o spend_v all_o he_o get_v why_o they_o shall_v not_o equal_o contribute_v to_o the_o common_a charge_n
