and_o the_o donor_n aught_o to_o have_v a_o estate_n in_o point_n of_o interest_n as_o also_o in_o conscience_n after_o the_o death_n of_o his_o father_n for_o if_o a_o man_n shall_v demand_v of_o such_o a_o one_o who_o intend_v to_o leave_v his_o land_n to_o descend_v to_o a_o heir_n or_o of_o the_o donor_n whether_o he_o intend_v that_o his_o heir_n or_o the_o donor_n shall_v sell_v or_o give_v away_o the_o estate_n so_o descend_v or_o come_v through_o their_o goodness_n care_n and_o providence_n to_o a_o stranger_n i_o know_v their_o answer_n will_v be_v that_o they_o intend_v not_o a_o common_a recovery_n whether_o this_o in_o law_n or_o conscience_n aught_o to_o bind_v the_o issue_n in_o tail_n and_o theremainder_n over_o it_o be_v true_a that_o through_o custom_n and_o long_a continuance_n this_o be_v now_o become_v the_o common_a assurance_n of_o the_o land_n and_o i_o be_o not_o ignorant_a that_o this_o point_n receive_v a_o full_a resolution_n by_o the_o other_o judge_n it_o will_v be_v easy_a to_o judge_v whether_o the_o mischief_n against_o which_o the_o act_n of_o 13._o e._n 1._o be_v provide_v do_v not_o still_o continue_v by_o common_a recovery_n notwithstanding_o the_o remedy_n but_o before_o i_o cite_v the_o stat._n i_o can_v but_o put_v you_o in_o mind_n that_o it_o have_v be_v desire_v and_o propose_v by_o some_o in_o print_n who_o
