and_o assistant_n of_o the_o say_a city_n and_o that_o such_o person_n as_o shall_v be_v so_o elect_v and_o choose_a mayor_n as_o aforesaid_a mayor_n oath_n of_o the_o mayor_n shall_v on_o the_o wednesday_n month_n next_o after_o the_o feast_n of_o s●_n etc._n etc._n then_o next_o follow_v in_o the_o council_n house_n aforesaid_a take_v his_o oath_n before_o the_o recorder_n alderman_n and_o assistant_n for_o the_o time_n be_v or_o before_o any_o five_o or_o more_o of_o the_o alderman_n for_o the_o due_a execution_n of_o his_o office_n and_o that_o the_o say_a mayor_n so_o to_o be_v choose_v as_o aforesaid_a shall_v remain_v and_o continue_v in_o the_o say_a office_n until_o another_o fit_a person_n shall_v be_v choose_v and_o swear_v in_o his_o place_n of_o mayor_n of_o the_o say_a city_n in_o manner_n as_o aforesaid_a which_o oath_n the_o say_a recorder_n alderman_n and_o assistant_n or_o any_o five_o or_o more_o of_o the_o alderman_n shall_v and_o may_v lawful_o administer_v and_o have_v hereby_o power_n to_o administer_v unto_o the_o say_a mayor_n so_o elect_v from_o time_n to_o time_n according_o and_o further_o we_o will_v that_o the_o recorder_n etc._n etc._n name_n all_o the_o officer_n and_o all_o other_o officer_n of_o the_o say_a city_n before_o they_o or_o officer_n oath_n of_o all_o officer_n any_o of_o they_o shall_v be_v admit_v to_o enter_v overseer_n of_o the_o bridge_n and_o the_o residue_n of_o the_o burgess_n of_o the_o same_o village_n for_o the_o time_n be_v or_o the_o great_a part_n of_o they_o and_o we_o have_v assign_v name_v etc._n etc._n and_o by_o these_o present_n do_v assign_v etc._n etc._n the_o say_v w._n i._n and_o h._n b._n to_o be_v the_o first_o guardian_n of_o the_o village_n aforesaid_a and_o will_v that_o they_o shall_v continue_v in_o the_o say_a office_n from_o the_o date_n of_o these_o present_n unto_o wednesday_n next_o after_o the_o feast_n etc._n etc._n and_o from_o that_o wednesday_n until_o other_o burgess_n of_o the_o village_n aforesaid_a to_o the_o say_a office_n shall_v be_v choose_v and_o swear_v according_a to_o the_o ordination_n and_o provision_n in_o these_o present_v express_v if_o they_o shall_v so_o long_o live_v and_o dwell_v within_o the_o same_o village_n if_o they_o shall_v not_o be_v before_o remove_v or_o discharge_v from_o the_o say_a office_n which_o for_o their_o evil_a behaviour_n we_o will_v have_v to_o be_v removable_a and_o to_o be_v discharge_v by_o the_o overseer_n of_o the_o bridge_n and_o residue_n of_o the_o burgess_n aforesaid_a or_o the_o great_a part_n of_o they_o and_o moreover_o of_o our_o further_a grace_n etc._n etc._n for_o we_o etc._n etc._n we_o will_v and_o grant_v to_o the_o aforesaid_a guardian_n overseer_n of_o the_o bridge_n burgess_n and_o commonalty_n of_o the_o village_n aforesaid_a and_o their_o successor_n that_o the_o guardian_n overseer_n and_o burgess_n of_o the_o village_n aforesaid_a for_o the_o time_n be_v or_o before_o one_o of_o the_o guardian_n be_v his_o predecessor_n in_o the_o presence_n of_o the_o overseer_n of_o the_o bridge_n and_o the_o burgess_n of_o the_o village_n aforesaid_a for_o the_o time_n be_v or_o the_o great_a part_n of_o they_o well_o and_o true_o to_o execute_v the_o say_a office_n and_o after_o such_o oath_n so_o take_v that_o he_o or_o they_o shall_v and_o may_v execute_v the_o aforesaid_a if_o he_o or_o they_o shall_v so_o long_o live_v and_o abide_v in_o the_o same_o village_n and_o shall_v not_o before_o that_o time_n be_v remove_v or_o discharge_v of_o his_o or_o their_o office_n of_o guardian_n or_o guardian_n of_o the_o village_n aforesaid_a which_o for_o his_o or_o their_o evil_a behaviour_n of_o the_o overseer_n and_o residue_n of_o the_o burgess_n of_o the_o
