for_o any_o matter_n or_o thing_n by_o they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o commit_v or_o do_v by_o sea_n or_o land_n against_o the_o parliament_n or_o their_o force_n in_o the_o late_a war_n or_o any_o of_o the_o former_a war_n and_o that_o for_o the_o matter_n aforesaid_a there_o shall_v be_v no_o sequestration_n confiscation_n fine_a penalty_n forfeiture_n or_o punishment_n impose_v or_o continue_v shall_v be_v and_o be_v hereby_o empower_v and_o require_v to_o state_n all_o and_o every_o the_o account_n of_o such_o officer_n and_o soldier_n for_o their_o arrear_n grow_v due_a for_o service_n before_o the_o say_a revolt_n or_o defection_n who_o name_n shall_v be_v certify_v by_o and_o according_a to_o such_o qualification_n and_o direction_n as_o they_o shall_v receive_v from_o the_o lord_n deputy_n and_o council_n in_o ireland_n in_o that_o behalf_n and_o the_o say_a lord_n deputy_n and_o council_n be_v hereby_o authorize_v and_o appoint_v to_o admit_v to_o this_o benefit_n thereupon_o proceed_v to_o state_n the_o account_n of_o such_o of_o the_o say_a officer_n and_o soldier_n or_o compound_v with_o they_o for_o the_o same_o in_o like_a manner_n as_o they_o be_v by_o the_o say_a act_n entitle_v a_o act_n for_o state_v and_o determine_v the_o account_n of_o such_o officer_n and_o soldier_n as_o be_v or_o have_v be_v employ_v in_o the_o service_n of_o this_o
