way_n of_o double_v the_o like_a sum_n as_o it_o be_v or_o shall_v be_v due_a unto_o any_o person_n or_o person_n body_n politic_a or_o corporate_a upon_o the_o public_a faith_n or_o which_o may_v have_v be_v double_v by_o virtue_n of_o any_o act_n order_n or_o ordinance_n of_o this_o present_a parliament_n and_o have_v not_o former_o be_v double_v upon_o the_o credit_n of_o bishop_n and_o dean_n and_o chapter_n land_n or_o upon_o the_o land_n of_o the_o late_a king_n queen_n and_o prince_n or_o upon_o the_o fee-farm_n rent_n and_o that_o all_o and_o every_o person_n and_o person_n body_n politic_n or_o corporate_a for_o every_o sum_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n he_o or_o they_o shall_v further_o lend_v may_v and_o shall_v be_v secure_v the_o money_n former_o owe_v as_o aforesaid_a and_o such_o other_o money_n as_o he_o or_o they_o shall_v advance_v for_o the_o raise_n of_o two_o hundred_o thousand_o pound_n upon_o the_o land_n of_o the_o say_a person_n in_o this_o act_n name_v in_o such_o sort_n as_o by_o the_o beforementioned_a act_n entitle_v a_o act_n for_o the_o sale_n of_o several_a land_n and_o estate_n forfeit_v to_o the_o commonwealth_n for_o treason_n be_v enact_v or_o provide_v and_o the_o say_a trustee_n be_v hereby_o empower_v and_o authorize_v to_o pursue_v the_o rule_n and_o instruction_n for_o double_v of_o money_n as_o be_v appoint_v and_o declare_v in_o the_o several_a act_n of_o this_o present_a parliament_n for_o the_o sale_n of_o dean_n and_o chapter_n land_n and_o be_v it_o surth_o enact_v that_o sir_n john_n wollaston_n kt._n and_o alderman_n of_o the_o city_n of_o london_n thomas_n andrews_n john_n dethick_n and_o francis_n allein_n alderman_n of_o the_o say_a city_n shall_v be_v treasurer_n for_o the_o say_a service_n and_o that_o they_o or_o any_o two_o of_o they_o be_v hereby_o empower_v and_o authorize_v to_o receive_v the_o say_v two_o hundred_o thousand_o pound_n and_o all_o other_o such_o sum_n and_o sum_n of_o money_n as_o from_o time_n to_o time_n ought_v to_o be_v pay_v in_o to_o the_o treasury_n by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n which_o shall_v be_v issue_v out_o and_o pay_v according_a to_o such_o order_n warrant_n direction_n &_o instruction_n as_o they_o shall_v from_o time_n to_o time_n receive_v from_o the_o parliament_n for_o the_o use_n of_o the_o navy_n as_o aforesaid_a and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o register_n name_v in_o the_o say_a act_n entitle_v a_o act_n for_o the_o sale_n of_o several_a land_n and_o estate_n forfeit_v to_o the_o commonwealth_n for_o treason_n and_o his_o deputy_n be_v hereby_o authorize_v and_o require_v upon_o a_o warrant_n or_o warrant_n from_o the_o say_a trustee_n to_o make_v out_o rate_n and_o sign_n one_o or_o more_o particular_n of_o all_o and_o every_o the_o premise_n hereby_o appoint_v to_o be_v sell_v and_o that_o the_o respective_a trustee_n do_v upon_o such_o particular_a proceed_v to_o contract_n with_o any_o purchaser_n or_o purchaser_n for_o the_o same_o and_o to_o make_v sale_n thereof_o according_o and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v and_o ordain_v that_o the_o respective_a trustee_n treasurer_n register_n register-accomptant_a and_o surveyor-general_n name_v in_o the_o aforesaid_a act_n for_o sale_n of_o several_a land_n and_o estate_n forfeit_v to_o the_o commonwealth_n for_o treason_n shall_v do_v execute_v observe_v and_o keep_v all_o and_o every_o the_o like_a power_n authority_n order_n direction_n and_o instruction_n in_o relation_n to_o the_o premise_n hereby_o appoint_v to_o be_v sell_v or_o any_o of_o they_o as_o they_o and_o every_o of_o they_o ought_v to_o do_v or_o to_o have_v do_v in_o reference_n to_o other_o the_o manor_n land_n tenenement_n and_o hereditament_n
