say_a waste_n ground_n to_o build_v or_o repair_v any_o of_o their_o copyhold_n tenement_n within_o the_o say_a manor_n or_o in_o either_o of_o they_o without_o any_o licence_n so_o always_o as_o every_o of_o the_o say_a copyholder_n
do_v fill_v up_o so_o much_o as_o shall_v be_v dig_v by_o he_o or_o they_o item_n if_o any_o person_n or_o person_n be_v tenant_n forfeicture_n let_v of_o land_n for_o more_o than_o 31_o year_n 4_o month_n be_v a_o forfeicture_n customary_a shall_v without_o licence_n by_o indenture_n or_o other_o writing_n or_o otherwise_o let_v his_o say_a customary_a land_n or_o tenement_n for_o more_o year_n than_o one_o and_o thirty_o year_n and_o four_o month_n it_o shall_v be_v a_o forfeiture_n of_o his_o estate_n by_o the_o custom_n of_o the_o say_a manor_n and_o of_o either_o of_o they_o be_v find_v remainder_n of_o any_o copyhold_n land_n or_o tenement_n hold_v of_o the_o say_a manor_n or_o of_o either_o of_o they_o for_o term_n of_o life_n or_o life_n or_o for_o term_n of_o year_n or_o in_o the_o right_n of_o their_o wife_n of_o any_o estate_n although_o he_o she_o or_o they_o shall_v do_v or_o suffer_v or_o neglect_v to_o do_v any_o act_n or_o act_n during_o the_o time_n aforesaid_a in_o or_o upon_o the_o say_a copyhold_n land_n or_o tenement_n which_o may_v or_o shall_v be_v contrary_a to_o the_o custom_n of_o the_o say_a manor_n or_o of_o either_o of_o they_o the_o same_o act_n or_o act_n so_o be_v do_v shall_v not_o prejudice_n or_o be_v hurtful_a unto_o the_o next_o person_n or_o person_n to_o who_o the_o say_v customary_a land_n or_o tenement_n shall_v or_o ought_v to_o remain_v revert_v or_o come_v nor_o to_o the_o say_a wife_n or_o her_o heir_n not_o be_v party_n in_o court_n or_o consent_v in_o court_n to_o the_o say_a act_n or_o forfeiture_n nor_o that_o the_o lord_n of_o the_o say_a manor_n or_o of_o either_o of_o they_o shall_v take_v any_o long_a advantage_n issue_n or_o profit_n of_o the_o same_o copyhold_n land_n or_o tenement_n then_o during_o the_o time_n of_o such_o estate_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a of_o the_o party_n commit_v do_v or_o assent_v to_o such_o act_n or_o act_n so_o that_o after_o he_o or_o their_o decease_n or_o estate_n determine_v the_o say_v land_n and_o tenement_n shall_v remain_v revert_v or_o come_v to_o the_o next_o person_n or_o person_n or_o to_o such_o person_n or_o person_n to_o who_o the_o same_o shall_v have_v come_fw-mi or_o remain_v or_o go_v or_o revert_v immediate_o after_o such_o estate_n or_o estate_n end_v or_o determine_v as_o though_o there_o have_v be_v no_o such_o act_n or_o act_n do_v contrary_a to_o the_o tenor_n or_o true_a meaning_n of_o these_o present_n by_o any_o such_o person_n or_o person_n item_n the_o particular_a or_o private_a act_n or_o act_n of_o any_o rest_n 51_o the_o private_a act_n of_o any_o tenant_n contrary_a to_o these_o article_n shall_v not_o extend_v to_o be_v a_o breach_n of_o the_o custom_n to_o the_o hurt_n of_o the_o rest_n customary_a tenant_n or_o tenant_n of_o any_o of_o the_o say_a manor_n which_o shall_v happen_v to_o be_v do_v wilful_o by_o or_o between_o they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o and_o the_o lord_n or_o lord_n of_o the_o say_a manor_n or_o either_o of_o they_o and_z his_o or_o their_o reeve_n or_o of_o either_o of_o they_o contrary_a to_o the_o article_n &_o true_a meaning_n of_o these_o present_v neither_o do_v nor_o shall_v extend_v to_o be_v construe_v to_o be_v a_o breach_n of_o the_o ancient_a custom_n of_o the_o say_a manor_n or_o of_o either_o of_o they_o to_o the_o hurt_n or_o prejudice_n of_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o customary_a tenant_n but_o of_o themselves_o only_o do_v the_o say_v particular_a act_n homage_n 52_o tenant_n for_o life_n or_o year_n make_v waist_n shall_v be_v fine_v by_o the_o homage_n item_n
that_o if_o any_o tenant_n for_o term_n of_o life_n or_o live_v only_o or_o for_o term_n of_o year_n of_o customary_a land_n shall_v make_v any_o waste_n then_o he_o shall_v be_v fine_v by_o the_o homage_n the_o three_o part_n of_o which_o fine_a shall_v be_v to_o the_o lord_n and_o the_o other_o two_o part_n shall_v come_v to_o he_o in_o the_o reversion_n or_o remainder_n of_o the_o say_a customary_a tenant_n or_o more_o of_o the_o say_a manor_n within_o which_o the_o say_a land_n and_o tenement_n do_v lie_v and_o they_o shall_v make_v partition_n thereof_o and_o the_o same_o return_n
