have_v not_o be_v make_v and_o that_o in_o all_o such_o case_n where_o by_o the_o law_n of_o this_o kingdom_n and_o the_o course_n of_o the_o exchequer_n any_o officer_n or_o officer_n of_o the_o say_a court_n be_v to_o deliver_v any_o account_n or_o account_n into_o any_o office_n or_o office_n of_o the_o say_a court_n by_z and_o at_o some_o certain_a time_n so_o as_o process_n may_v be_v make_v upon_o such_o super_n and_o debt_n as_o be_v or_o shall_v be_v depend_v in_o the_o same_o account_n upon_o any_o person_n or_o person_n so_o as_o for_o default_n of_o their_o deliver_n in_o of_o any_o the_o say_a account_n in_o due_a time_n any_o the_o say_a super_n or_o debt_n shall_v be_v afterward_o require_v and_o recover_v against_o the_o purchaser_n of_o the_o land_n of_o any_o such_o debtor_n or_o debtor_n by_o who_o the_o say_a super_n or_o debt_n be_v so_o due_a or_o against_o their_o surety_n which_o may_v have_v be_v recover_v against_o the_o say_a debtor_n themselves_o
