take_v only_a misprision_n of_o treason_n and_o the_o offender_n therein_o to_o forfeit_n &_o suffer_v as_o in_o case_n of_o misprision_n of_o treason_n have_v heretofore_o be_v use_v any_o thing_n above_o mention_v to_o the_o contrary_n notwithstanding_o provide_v also_o that_o if_o it_o shall_v fortune_n hereafter_o any_o of_o the_o peer_n of_o this_o realm_n to_o be_v indict_v of_o any_o the_o offence_n make_v treason_n or_o misprision_n of_o treason_n by_o this_o act_n that_o then_o the_o same_o peer_n or_o peer_n so_o be_v indict_v shall_v be_v put_v to_o answer_v to_o every_o and_o best_a know_v and_o after_o the_o substance_n and_o value_n and_o other_o profit_n of_o every_o person_n know_v by_o the_o examination_n certificate_n and_o other_o manner_n of_o wise_a as_o be_v aforesaid_a the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o as_o many_o of_o they_o as_o shall_v be_v appoint_v by_o the_o queen_n majesty_n commission_n shall_v after_o the_o rate_n aforesaid_a set_v and_o tax_v every_o person_n accord_v to_o the_o rate_n of_o the_o substance_n and_o value_n of_o his_o land_n good_n and_o other_o profit_n whereby_o the_o great_a and_o most_o best_a sum_n accord_v to_o by_o reason_n of_o this_o act_n any_o thing_n contain_v in_o this_o present_a act_n notwithstanding_o and_o that_o it_o be_v ordain_v by_o the_o say_a authority_n of_o this_o present_a parliament_n that_o no_o person_n have_v two_o mansion_n or_o two_o place_n to_o resort_v unto_o or_o call_v himself_o household_n servant_n or_o wayght_a servant_n to_o the_o queen_n majesty_n or_o other_o lord_n or_o lay_v master_n or_o mistress_n be_v excuse_v upon_o his_o say_n from_o the_o tax_n of_o the_o say_a subsidy_n in_o neither_o of_o the_o place_n where_o he_o may_v be_v set_v unless_o he_o bring_v a_o certificate_n in_o write_v from_o the_o commissioner_n where_o that_o he_o be_v so_o set_v in_o deed_n at_o one_o place_n and_o if_o any_o person_n that_o ought_v to_o be_v set_v by_o reason_n of_o his_o remove_a or_o resort_v to_o two_o place_n or_o by_o reason_n of_o his_o say_n that_o he_o else_o where_o be_v tax_v or_o by_o reason_n of_o any_o privilege_n by_o his_o dwell_v or_o abide_n in_o any_o place_n not_o be_v forprise_v in_o this_o act_n or_o otherwise_o by_o his_o covin_n or_o craft_n happen_v to_o escape_v from_o the_o say_a taxation_n and_o be_v not_o set_v and_o that_o prove_v by_o presentment_n examination_n or_o information_n before_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o as_o many_o of_o they_o as_o shall_v be_v by_o the_o same_o commission_n appoint_v or_o by_o the_o baron_n of_o the_o queen_n majesty_n exchequer_n or_o two_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n of_o the_o county_n where_o such_o person_n dwell_v than_o every_o such_o person_n that_o by_o such_o mean_n or_o otherwise_o willing_o by_o covin_n shall_v happen_v to_o escape_v from_o the_o say_a taxation_n or_o payment_n aforesaid_a and_o not_o to_o be_v rate_v tax_v and_o set_v shall_v be_v charge_v upon_o the_o knowledge_n and_o proof_n thereof_o with_o and_o at_o the_o double_a value_n that_o he_o shall_v or_o ought_v to_o have_v be_v set_v at_o afore_o accord_v to_o his_o bahaviour_n the_o same_o double_a value_n to_o be_v levy_v gather_v and_o pay_v of_o his_o good_n and_o cattle_n land_n and_o tenement_n towards_o the_o say_a subsidy_n and_o further_o to_o be_v punish_v accord_v to_o the_o discretion_n of_o the_o baron_n justice_n and_o commissioner_n before_o who_o he_o shall_v be_v convict_v for_o his_o offence_n and_o deceit_n in_o that_o behalf_n and_o further_o be_v it_o commissioner_n shall_v indifferent_o set_v tax_v and_o assess_v themselves_o and_o the_o say_a assessor_n and_o that_o aswell_o the_o sum_n upon_o every_o of_o the_o say_a commissioner_n and_o assessor_n so_o sess_z rate_v and_o tax_v as_o the_o sum_n make_v and_o present_v by_o the_o presenter_n swear_v as_o be_v abovesaid_a shall_v be_v write_v certify_v set_v and_o estreat_v and_o the_o estreate_v thereof_o to_o be_v make_v with_o other_o the_o inhabitant_n of_o that_o party_n within_o the_o limit_n of_o the_o same_o commission_n and_o division_n so_o to_o be_v gather_v and_o levy_v seal_n for_o the_o time_n be_v or_o such_o other_o person_n as_o shall_v be_v limit_v by_o the_o queen_n majesty_n and_o after_o the_o tax_n and_o assess_v of_o the_o say_a sum_n upon_o and_o the_o of_o the_o say_a distress_n if_o any_o be_v to_o be_v restore_v and_o deliver_v unto_o the_o owner_n in_o form_n above_o remember_v provide_v always_o that_o no_o person_n inhabit_v in_o any_o city_n borough_n or_o town_n corporate_a shall_v be_v compel_v to_o be_v a_o assessour_n or_o collector_n of_o or_o for_o any_o part_n of_o the_o say_a subsidy_n in_o any_o place_n or_o place_n out_o of_o the_o say_a city_n borough_n or_o town_n corporate_a where_o he_o dwell_v and_o it_o be_v also_o by_o the_o say_a authority_n enact_v that_o if_o any_o inhabitant_a or_o officer_n or_o whatsoever_o person_n or_o person_n charge_v to_o and_o for_o the_o collection_n or_o receipt_n of_o any_o part_n of_o portion_n of_o the_o say_a subsidy_n by_o any_o manner_n of_o mean_n accord_v to_o this_o act_n or_o any_o person_n or_o person_n for_o themselves_o or_o as_o keeper_n guardian_n deputy_n factor_n or_o attorney_n of_o or_o for_o any_o other_o person_n or_o person_n of_o any_o good_n and_o cattle_n of_o the_o owner_n thereof_o at_o the_o time_n of_o the_o say_v assess_v to_o be_v make_v be_v out_o of_o this_o realm_n or_o in_o any_o other_o party_n not_o know_v or_o of_o and_o for_o the_o good_n and_o cattle_n of_o any_o other_o person_n or_o person_n of_o any_o corporation_n fraternity_n mystery_n or_o other_o whatsoever_o commonalty_n be_v incorporate_a or_o not_o incorporate_v and_o all_o person_n have_v in_o their_o rule_n governance_n and_o custody_n any_o good_n or_o cattle_n at_o the_o time_n of_o the_o say_a assess_n or_o any_o of_o they_o to_o be_v make_v or_o which_o for_o any_o cause_n for_o and_o by_o collection_n or_o for_o himself_o or_o for_o any_o other_o or_o by_o reason_n that_o he_o have_v the_o rule_n governance_n or_o custody_n of_o any_o good_n or_o cattle_n of_o any_o other_o person_n or_o person_n corporation_n commonalty_n fraternity_n guild_v or_o mystery_n or_o any_o such_o other_o like_o or_o as_o factor_n deputy_n or_o attorney_n of_o or_o or_o person_n as_o shall_v be_v charge_v with_o the_o receipt_n of_o the_o same_o happen_v to_o die_v or_o depart_v from_o the_o place_n where_o he_o be_v so_o tax_v and_o set_v or_o his_o good_n or_o cattle_n be_v so_o eloyn_v or_o in_o such_o privy_a and_o covert_a manner_n keep_v as_o the_o say_a person_n or_o person_n charge_v with_o the_o same_o by_o estreate_n or_o other_o write_n from_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o as_o many_o of_o they_o as_o shall_v be_v thereunto_o appoint_v by_o the_o say_a commission_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a can_v ne_o may_v levy_v the_o same_o sum_n or_o person_n be_v indebt_v or_o owe_v such_o sum_n and_o the_o distress_n so_o take_v cause_v to_o be_v keep_v apprayse_v and_o sell_v in_o like_a manner_n and_o form_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a for_o the_o distress_n to_o be_v take_v upon_o such_o person_n to_o be_v tax_v to_o the_o say_a subsidy_n and_o be_v sufficient_a to_o distrain_v within_o the_o limit_n of_o the_o collector_n inhabitant_n or_o other_o officer_n charge_v with_o or_o for_o the_o same_o sum_n so_o upon_o they_o to_o be_v tax_v and_o if_o any_o such_o distress_n for_o non_fw-fr payment_n happen_v to_o be_v take_v out_o of_o the_o limit_n of_o the_o say_a person_n charge_v and_o assign_v
to_o levy_n the_o same_o the_o person_n so_o charge_v for_o the_o levy_v of_o any_o such_o sum_n by_o distress_n shall_v perceive_v &_o take_v of_o the_o same_o distress_n for_o the_o labour_n of_o every_o person_n go_v for_o the_o execution_n thereof_o for_o every_o mile_n that_o any_o such_o person_n so_o labour_v for_o the_o same_o ii.d_n and_o every_o farmer_n tenant_n guardian_n factor_n or_o other_o whatsoever_o person_n be_v distrain_v or_o otherwise_o charge_v for_o payment_n of_o any_o such_o sum_n or_o sum_n or_o any_o other_o sum_n by_o reason_n of_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v of_o such_o sum_n or_o sum_n of_o he_o or_o they_o so_o levy_v and_o take_v discharge_v &_o acquit_v at_o his_o next_o day_n of_o payment_n of_o the_o same_o or_o at_o the_o delivery_n of_o such_o good_n and_o cattle_n as_o he_o that_o be_v so_o distrain_v have_v in_o his_o custody_n &_o governance_n against_o he_o or_o they_o that_o shall_v be_v so_o tax_v and_o set_v any_o grant_n or_o writing_n obligatory_a or_o other_o whatsoever_o matter_n to_o the_o contrary_n make_v heretofore_o notwithstanding_o and_o if_o any_o such_o person_n that_o shall_v be_v so_o distrain_v have_v no_o prison_n with_o in_o the_o shire_n or_o other_o place_n where_o any_o such_o person_n or_o person_n shall_v be_v take_v and_o attach_v there_o to_o remain_v without_o bail_n or_o mainprize_n until_o he_o have_v pay_v the_o same_o sum_n or_o sum_n that_o such_o person_n for_o himself_o or_o for_o any_o other_o by_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v chargeable_a or_o aught_o to_o be_v charge_v withal_o
