such_o person_n so_o far_o as_o the_o same_o shall_v extend_v proportionable_o every_o of_o they_o bear_v a_o proportionable_a abatement_n of_o what_o the_o premise_n shall_v fall_v short_a to_o satisfy_v and_o to_o convey_v and_o assure_v the_o same_o so_o proportion_v according_o provide_v also_o that_o in_o case_n any_o of_o the_o say_a person_n unto_o who_o the_o parliament_n have_v give_v land_n in_o scotland_n be_v already_o settle_v by_o the_o say_a commissioner_n in_o any_o of_o the_o land_n or_o estate_n of_o such_o except_a person_n who_o land_n shall_v not_o be_v sufficient_a to_o satisfy_v his_o debt_n and_o make_v provision_n for_o his_o wife_n and_o child_n as_o aforesaid_a that_o yet_o nevertheless_o the_o say_a commissioner_n shall_v convey_v and_o assure_v unto_o such_o person_n and_o person_n and_o his_o and_o their_o heir_n the_o land_n so_o allot_v and_o set_v out_o unto_o he_o as_o aforesaid_a and_o in_o lieu_n thereof_o shall_v allot_v and_o set_v forth_o land_n of_o the_o same_o value_n or_o to_o such_o value_n as_o the_o land_n of_o such_o except_a person_n shall_v fall_v short_a as_o aforesaid_a so_o as_o the_o same_o exceed_v not_o the_o full_a value_n of_o the_o premise_n so_o allot_v and_o set_v out_o by_o the_o say_a commissioner_n for_o sequestration_n unto_o such_o person_n out_o of_o the_o land_n and_o estate_n of_o some_o other_o of_o the_o person_n except_v in_o the_o say_a ordinance_n of_o who_o estate_n there_o shall_v be_v a_o remainder_n after_o the_o debt_n charge_n and_o encumbrance_n satisfy_v and_o
