town_n that_o then_o a_o convenient_a house_n out_o of_o the_o house_n aforesaid_a or_o house-stead_n at_o the_o election_n of_o the_o bishop_n or_o minister_n shall_v be_v set_v out_o to_o such_o archbishop_n bishop_n or_o minister_n his_o or_o their_o successor_n for_o ever_o under_o the_o rent_n reservable_a to_o his_o majesty_n out_o of_o such_o house_n or_o house_n by_o this_o act_n to_o aforesaid_a that_o the_o lord_n lieutenant_n or_o other_o chief_a governor_n or_o governor_n of_o this_o kingdom_n for_o the_o time_n be_v by_z and_o with_o the_o consent_n of_o the_o privy-council_n shall_v have_v full_a power_n and_o authority_n to_o erect_v another_o college_n to_o be_v of_o the_o university_n of_o dublin_n to_o be_v call_v by_o the_o name_n of_o the_o king_n college_n &_o out_o of_o all_o and_o every_o the_o land_n tenement_n and_o hereditament_n vest_v by_o this_o act_n in_o his_o majesty_n and_o which_o shall_v be_v settle_v or_o restore_v by_o virtue_n thereof_o
