the_o assessment_n and_o to_o that_o end_n shall_v meet_v together_o for_o determine_v appeal_n and_o shall_v express_v the_o time_n and_o place_n in_o their_o warrant_n to_o the_o collector_n and_o upon_o complaint_n shall_v summon_v the_o assessor_n to_o attend_v and_o such_o appeal_v be_v once_o hear_v be_v to_o be_v final_a xlii_o assessor_n collector_n or_o receiver_n wilful_o neglect_v or_o
