dissolve_v shall_v be_v subject_a in_o payment_n of_o the_o taxation_n thereof_o to_o the_o prelate_n or_o other_o benefice_a person_n for_o his_o relief_n of_o the_o same_o taxation_n as_o they_o will_v have_v be_v so_o the_o same_o have_v not_o be_v dissolve_v notwithstanding_o of_o any_o condition_n contain_v in_o the_o infeftment_n and_o security_n make_v by_o his_o majesty_n to_o they_o upon_o land_n heritable_o or_o for_o annual-rent_n or_o other_o sufficient_a security_n as_o may_v convenient_o be_v find_v for_o the_o use_n and_o benefit_n of_o the_o say_a ordinary_a lord_n of_o session_n present_a and_o to_o come_v to_o the_o effect_n that_o the_o yearly_a profit_n and_o annual_a of_o the_o say_a land_n or_o money_n as_o the_o same_o shall_v happen_v to_o be_v employ_v may_v be_v receive_v by_o they_o and_o their_o successor_n in_o their_o say_a office_n yearly_a and_o terme_o after_o the_o term_n of_o payment_n of_o the_o same_o and_o apply_v to_o their_o behoove_v in_o manner_n and_o conform_v to_o the_o consuetude_n of_o the_o division_n of_o the_o yearly_a duty_n present_o allow_v and_o receive_v by_o they_o and_o that_o by_o and_o attour_o the_o present_a provision_n and_o rent_n allot_v to_o they_o by_o parliament_n heretofore_o and_o to_o that_o effect_n the_o say_a ordinary_a lord_n of_o session_n shall_v with_o all_o convenient_a diligence_n make_v subscribe_v and_o deliver_v to_o his_o majesty_n thesaurer_n principal_a and_o deputy_n a_o sufficient_a and_o valide_fw-la security_n by_o band_n or_o contract_n make_v by_o the_o sight_n and_o advice_n of_o his_o majesty_n advocate_n for_o employ_v of_o the_o say_a taxation_n and_o whole_a benefit_n thereof_o in_o whole_a or_o in_o part_n as_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v up-lift_v to_o the_o use_n and_o effect_v above-specified_v and_o ordain_v the_o particular_a form_n and_o manner_n of_o uplift_v and_o in-gathering_n of_o the_o say_a taxation_n and_o relief_n of_o the_o prelate_n lord_n of_o erection_n and_o other_o benefice_a person_n to_o be_v conform_v to_o his_o majesty_n own_o taxation_n grant_v in_o this_o present_a parliament_n in_o all_o point_n except_o in_o so_o far_o as_o concern_v the_o particular_a day_n to_o be_v
