of_o the_o subsidy_n hereby_o grant_v with_o the_o oath_n of_o the_o merchant_n import_v and_o export_v the_o same_o affirm_v the_o truth_n thereof_o and_o all_o other_o requisite_n perform_v touch_v repayment_n of_o the_o half_a subsidy_n by_o the_o former_a act_n the_o whole_a subsidy_n actual_o pay_v upon_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v repay_v within_o one_o month_n after_o demand_v or_o the_o his_o necessary_a expense_n and_o occasion_n out_o of_o the_o hereditary_a excise_n grant_v ann._n 12._o car._n 2._o and_o out_o of_o the_o temporary_a excise_n payable_a during_o his_o majesty_n life_n by_o a_o act_n of_o 2_o w._n &_o m._n after_o the_o tally_n charge_v upon_o the_o weekly_a sum_n of_o 6000_o l._n issue_v out_o of_o the_o say_v several_a duty_n of_o excise_n pursuant_n to_o the_o act_n of_o 7_o w._n 3._o and_o still_o unsatisfy_a with_o the_o interest_n thereof_o shall_v be_v full_o pay_v and_o out_o of_o the_o revenue_n of_o the_o post-office_n after_o all_o the_o tally_n charge_v on_o the_o weekly_a sum_n of_o 600_o l._n issue_v out_o of_o that_o revenue_n pursuant_n to_o the_o say_a act_n of_o 7_o w._n 3._o and_o still_o remain_v unsatisfied_a and_o the_o any_o beer_n ale_n or_o other_o liquor_n make_v of_o malt_n then_o to_o forfeit_v 50_o l._n and_o lose_v the_o benefit_n of_o such_o composition_n xxx_o out_o of_o every_o 20_o bushel_n of_o malt_n so_o charge_v by_o the_o gauger_n there_o shall_v be_v a_o allowance_n of_o four_o bushel_n in_o consideration_n of_o the_o difference_n between_o corn_n wet_a and_o swell_v and_o the_o same_o convert_v into_o dry_a malt._n xxxi_o any_o person_n may_v export_v malt_n for_o which_o the_o duty_n have_v be_v pay_v to_o any_o foreign_a part_n except_o scotland_n give_v security_n not_o to_o reland_n the_o same_o in_o this_o kingdom_n but_o if_o the_o same_o shall_v nevertheless_o be_v reland_v then_o beside_o the_o penalty_n of_o the_o bond_n the_o malt_n or_o the_o value_n thereof_o with_o a_o joint_a stock_n in_o proportion_n to_o their_o interest_n by_o such_o proper_a name_n as_o his_o majesty_n shall_v think_v fit_a with_o perpetual_a succession_n a_o common_a seal_n etc._n
