same_o examination_n and_o the_o same_o sum_n so_o abate_v defaulk_v increase_v or_o enlarge_v to_o be_v estreat_v in_o form_n as_o hereafter_o ensue_v so_o that_o he_o come_v before_o the_o estreate_v of_o the_o same_o assess_n be_v deliver_v by_o the_o same_o commissioner_n into_o the_o queen_n majesty_n exchequere_v and_o if_o it_o be_v prove_v by_o witness_n his_o own_o confession_n or_o other_o lawful_a way_n or_o mean_n within_o a_o year_n after_o any_o such_o oath_n make_v that_o the_o same_o person_n so_o tax_v &_o swear_v be_v of_o any_o better_a or_o great_a value_n in_o land_n good_n or_o other_o thing_n above_o specify_v at_o the_o time_n of_o his_o say_a oath_n than_o the_o same_o person_n so_o swear_v do_v declare_v upon_o his_o say_a oath_n that_o then_o every_o such_o person_n so_o offend_v shall_v lose_v and_o forfeit_v to_o the_o queen_n majesty_n so_o much_o in_o in_o lawful_a money_n of_o england_n as_o the_o same_o person_n so_o swear_v be_v set_v at_o to_o levy_n the_o same_o the_o person_n so_o charge_v for_o the_o levy_v of_o any_o such_o sum_n by_o distress_n shall_v perceive_v &_o take_v of_o the_o same_o distress_n for_o the_o labour_n of_o prison_n with_o in_o the_o shire_n or_o other_o place_n where_o any_o such_o person_n or_o person_n shall_v be_v take_v and_o attach_v there_o to_o remain_v without_o bail_n or_o mainprize_n until_o he_o have_v pay_v the_o same_o sum_n or_o sum_n that_o such_o person_n for_o himself_o or_o for_o any_o other_o by_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v chargeable_a or_o aught_o to_o be_v charge_v withal_o for_o the_o fee_n and_o like_o process_n and_o remedy_n in_o like_a form_n shall_v be_v grant_v by_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o as_o many_o of_o they_o as_o by_o the_o say_a commission_n shall_v be_v thereunto_o appoint_v at_o like_a information_n of_o every_o person_n or_o person_n be_v charge_v with_o any_o sum_n of_o money_n for_o any_o other_o person_n or_o person_n by_o reason_n of_o the_o say_a subsidy_n and_o not_o thereof_o pay_v but_o wilful_o withdraw_v ne_o the_o same_o levyable_a within_o the_o limit_n where_o such_o person_n be_v thereunto_o tax_v and_o if_o the_o sum_n or_o if_o in_o default_n or_o for_o lack_v of_o payment_n thereof_o the_o person_n or_o person_n so_o owe_v the_o say_a sum_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n by_o process_n of_o the_o same_o commissioner_n to_o be_v assign_v or_o any_o major_n sheriff_n steward_n constable_n the_o headborrowe_n householder_n bailiff_n or_o any_o other_o officer_n or_o minister_v or_o other_o whatsoever_o person_n or_o person_n to_o disobey_v the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o any_o of_o they_o in_o the_o reasonable_a request_n to_o they_o make_v by_o the_o say_a commissioner_n for_o execution_n of_o the_o say_a commission_n or_o if_o any_o of_o the_o officer_n or_o other_o person_n do_v refuse_v that_o to_o they_o shall_v appertain_v and_o belong_v to_o do_v by_o reason_n of_o any_o precept_n to_o he_o or_o they_o to_o be_v direct_v or_o any_o reasonable_a commandment_n instance_n or_o request_n touch_v the_o premise_n or_o other_o default_n in_o any_o appearance_n or_o collection_n to_o make_v or_o if_o any_o person_n be_v suspect_n or_o not_o to_o be_v indifferent_o tax_v as_o be_v aforesaid_a do_v refuse_v to_o be_v examine_v accord_v to_o the_o tenor_n of_o this_o act_n before_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o as_o many_o of_o they_o as_o shall_v be_v there_o unto_o assign_v as_o be_v aforesaid_a or_o will_v not_o appear_v before_o the_o same_o commissioner_n upon_o warning_n to_o he_o make_v or_o else_o make_v resistance_n or_o rescous_z upon_o any_o distress_n upon_o he_o to_o be_v take_v for_o any_o parcel_n of_o the_o say_a subsidy_n or_o commit_v any_o misbehaviour_n in_o any_o manner_n of_o wise_n contrary_a to_o this_o act_n or_o commit_v any_o wilful_a omission_n or_o other_o whatsoever_o wilful_a not_o do_v or_o misdo_v contrary_a to_o the_o tenor_n of_o this_o act_n or_o grant_v the_o same_o commissioner_n and_o every_o number_n of_o they_o above_o remember_v or_o two_o of_o they_o at_o the_o least_o upon_o probable_a knowledge_n of_o any_o such_o misdemeanour_n have_v by_o information_n or_o examination_n shall_v &_o may_v set_v upon_o every_o such_o offendor_n for_o every_o such_o offence_n in_o name_n of_o a_o fine_a by_o the_o same_o offendor_n to_o be_v forfeit_v xl.s_n or_o under_o by_o the_o discretion_n of_o the_o same_o commissioner_n and_o further_o the_o same_o commissioner_n and_o every_o number_n of_o they_o or_o two_o of_o they_o at_o the_o with_o the_o payment_n of_o the_o say_a subsidy_n in_o such_o manner_n as_o if_o the_o say_v fyne_n have_v be_v set_v and_o tax_v upon_o the_o say_a offender_n of_o the_o say_a subsidy_n it_o be_v
