hereditamente_n of_o any_o other_o person_n or_o person_n by_o knight_n service_n and_o also_o hold_v other_o manor_n land_n tenemente_n or_o hereditamente_n of_o any_o other_o person_n or_o person_n in_o socage_n or_o of_o the_o nature_n of_o socage_n tenure_n that_o then_o all_o and_o every_o such_o person_n and_o person_n shall_v and_o may_v give_v dispose_n will_n devise_n and_o assure_v by_o three_o part_n of_o the_o manor_n land_n tenemente_n or_o hereditament_n of_o any_o of_o the_o king_n subject_n which_o in_o any_o of_o the_o case_n above_o say_v shall_v hereafter_o come_v to_o the_o king_n highness_n his_o heir_n or_o successor_n by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n as_o be_v abovesaid_a be_v not_o or_o do_v not_o amount_v to_o the_o clear_a yearly_a value_n of_o the_o three_o part_n of_o all_o the_o say_a manor_n land_n tenemente_n or_o other_o hereditament_n whereof_o the_o king_n highness_n be_v or_o shall_v be_v entitle_v to_o have_v the_o custody_n or_o primer_n seizon_n as_o be_v above_o say_v that_o then_o our_o say_a sovereign_a lord_n and_o his_o heir_n shall_v and_o may_v at_o his_o or_o their_o free_a liberty_n and_o pleasure_n take_v into_o he_o or_o their_o hand_n &_o possession_n as_o of_o the_o other_o two_o part_n of_o the_o say_a manor_n land_n tenemente_n and_o other_o hereditamente_n as_o with_o that_o of_o the_o same_o manor_n land_n tenemente_n or_o hereditamente_n hold_v and_o remain_v in_o the_o king_n hand_n shall_v make_v up_o the_o clear_a yearly_a value_n of_o the_o full_a three_o part_n of_o the_o say_a manor_n and_o tenemente_n so_o to_o be_v have_v to_o the_o king_n highness_n in_o title_n of_o wardship_n and_o primer_n seizon_n or_o any_o of_o they_o as_o the_o case_n shall_v require_v and_o like_o benefit_n and_o advantage_n to_o be_v give_v to_o every_o lord_n and_o lord_n of_o who_o any_o such_o manor_n land_n tenemente_n or_o hereditamente_n be_v or_o shall_v be_v hold_v by_o knight_n service_n as_o be_v abovesaid_a concern_v only_o his_o three_o part_n of_o or_o for_o title_n of_o wardship_n provide_v always_o and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o every_o person_n and_o ought_v to_o have_v do_v before_o the_o make_n of_o this_o act_n and_o as_o if_o this_o act_n have_v never_o be_v make_v and_o that_o fine_n for_o alienation_n shall_v be_v pay_v in_o the_o king_n chancery_n for_o and_o upon_o write_v of_o entry_n in_o the_o post_n to_o be_v obtain_v in_o the_o same_o court_n of_o chancery_n after_o the_o say_v twenty_o day_n of_o julie_n for_o common_a recovery_n to_o be_v have_v or_o suffer_v of_o any_o manor_n land_n tenemente_n or_o hereditamente_n hold_v of_o the_o king_n in_o chief_a in_o like_a manner_n and_o form_n as_o be_v use_v upon_o alienation_n of_o such_o manor_n land_n tenemente_n or_o hereditamente_n so_o hold_v in_o chief_a by_o fine_a or_o feoffement_n provide_v also_o and_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o in_o such_o case_n where_o fine_n for_o alienation_n shall_v be_v pay_v in_o the_o king_n chancery_n for_o write_v of_o entry_n in_o post_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a that_o then_o none_o other_o fine_a shall_v be_v pay_v in_o the_o same_o court_n for_o any_o such_o write_v any_o usage_n or_o custom_n to_o the_o contrary_a thereof_o notwithstanding_o and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o where_o two_o or_o more_o person_n now_o hold_v or_o hereafter_o shall_v hold_v any_o manor_n land_n tenemente_n or_o hereditamente_n of_o the_o king_n our_o sovereign_a lord_n by_o knight_n service_n joint_o to_o they_o and_o to_o the_o heir_n of_o one_o of_o they_o and_o he_o that_o have_v the_o inheritance_n
ward_n and_o livery_n if_o the_o master_n of_o the_o ward_n and_o livery_n for_o the_o time_n be_v and_o the_o party_n thereunto_o can_v not_o otherwise_o agree_v upon_o the_o same_o division_n and_o that_o the_o issue_n and_o profit_n of_o the_o two_o part_n of_o the_o same_o manor_n land_n tenement_n and_o hereditament_n upon_o every_o such_o division_n to_o be_v restore_v to_o they_o that_o shall_v have_v right_a or_o title_n to_o the_o same_o from_o the_o death_n of_o the_o owner_n or_o devisour_n thereof_o and_o further_o be_v it_o enact_v and_o declare_v by_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o all_o and_o singular_a person_n and_o person_n have_v a_o sole_a estate_n or_o interest_n in_o fee-simple_n or_o seize_v in_o fee-simple_n in_o copercenary_a or_o in_o common_a in_o authority_n aforesaid_a shall_v be_v good_a and_o effectual_a for_o two_o part_n of_o the_o say_a manor_n land_n tenement_n or_o hereditament_n although_o the_o will_v so_o declare_v be_v or_o shall_v be_v make_v of_o the_o whole_a land_n and_o tenemente_n so_o hold_v by_o knight_n service_n or_o of_o more_o than_o of_o two_o part_n of_o the_o same_o and_o also_o for_o the_o whole_a of_o all_o wardship_n to_o other_o lord_n of_o as_o much_o of_o such_o manor_n land_n tenement_n and_o hereditament_n hold_v of_o they_o as_o shall_v amount_v and_o extend_v to_o the_o clear_a yearly_a value_n of_o the_o three_o part_n thereof_o over_o and_o above_o all_o charge_n without_o any_o diminution_n or_o abridgement_n of_o the_o third_o part_n or_o of_o the_o full_a profit_n thereof_o comprise_v and_o mention_v in_o diverse_a article_n in_o the_o say_v former_a act_n contain_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a be_v and_o shall_v be_v intend_v expound_v and_o take_v as_o hereafter_o ensue_v that_o be_v to_o say_v that_o the_o king_n shall_v have_v and_o take_v for_o his_o full_a third_o part_n of_o all_o such_o manor_n land_n tenement_n and_o hereditament_n where_o unto_o he_o be_v or_o shall_v be_v entitle_v by_o the_o say_v former_a act_n and_o by_o this_o present_a act_n such_o manor_n land_n and_o tenement_n as_o shall_v by_o any_o mean_n descend_v or_o come_v by_o descent_n as_o well_o of_o the_o estate_n of_o inheritance_n in_o fee_n tail_n as_o in_o fee-simple_n or_o in_o fee_n tail_n only_o to_o the_o heir_n of_o any_o such_o person_n or_o that_o shall_v make_v any_o and_o may_v have_v &_o take_v into_o his_o hand_n and_o possession_n to_o make_v up_o his_o full_a three_o part_n with_o the_o full_a profit_n thereof_o according_a to_o his_o interest_n therein_o as_o much_o of_o the_o other_o manor_n land_n tenement_n or_o hereditament_n will_v give_v dispose_v or_o assign_v by_o any_o such_o person_n to_o his_o wife_n child_n or_o otherwise_o as_o be_v lord_n at_o any_o time_n during_o their_o intereste_n therein_o to_o be_v lawful_o evict_v or_o determine_v that_o than_o the_o king_n and_o the_o other_o lord_n shall_v have_v as_o much_o of_o the_o two_o part_n residue_n as_o shall_v accomplish_v and_o make_v uppe_o a_o full_a third_o part_n in_o clear_a yearly_a value_n after_o the_o rate_n and_o portion_n of_o such_o manor_n land_n tenemente_n
