interest_n in_o possession_n by_o himself_o his_o under-tenant_n or_o assign_v of_o or_o in_o any_o manor_n land_n tenement_n appropriation_n or_o other_o hereditament_n whatsoever_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v prefer_v in_o the_o take_n and_o renew_v of_o any_o estate_n lease_n or_o grant_n of_o any_o such_o manor_n land_n tenement_n or_o hereditament_n before_o any_o other_o person_n the_o say_a
