they_o shall_v be_v resident_a &_o dwell_v with_o his_o family_n but_o at_o or_o upon_o one_o of_o they_o shall_v and_o may_v keep_v such_o ground_n in_o pasture_n or_o meadow_n belong_v or_o usual_o employ_v his_o labour_n nor_o be_v otherwise_o lawful_o retain_v according_a to_o the_o true_a meaning_n of_o this_o statute_n shall_v after_o the_o foresay_a last_o day_n of_o september_n now_o next_o ensue_v by_o virtue_n of_o this_o estatute_n be_v compel_v to_o be_v retain_v to_o serve_v in_o husbandrye_a by_o the_o year_n with_o any_o person_n that_o keep_v husbandry_n &_o will_v require_v any_o such_o person_n so_o to_o serve_v within_o the_o same_o shire_n where_o he_o shall_v be_v so_o require_v and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n of_o this_o present_a parliament_n that_o if_o any_o person_n after_o he_o have_v retain_v any_o servant_n shall_v put_v away_o the_o
the_o town_n or_o place_n that_o he_o or_o they_o come_v from_o testifi_v the_o same_o for_o the_o which_o he_o shall_v pay_v not_o above_o one_o penny_n other_o than_o such_o person_n as_o shall_v aforesaid_a that_o two_o justice_n of_o peace_n y_fw-fr e_o maior_n or_o other_o head_n officer_n of_o any_o city_n borough_n or_o town_n corporate_a &_o two_o alderman_n or_o two_o other_o discrete_a money_n or_o coin_n of_o the_o same_o be_v now_o reduce_v to_o as_o much_o fineness_n as_o ever_o have_v be_v in_o any_o time_n of_o her_o noble_a progenitour_n but_o also_o to_o the_o great_a loss_n and_o damage_n of_o the_o good_a subject_n of_o this_o realm_n and_o more_o be_v like_a to_o be_v hereafter_o if_o the_o same_o be_v not_o speedy_o meet_v withal_o for_o remedy_v whereof_o be_v it_o enact_v declare_v and_o establish_v by_o the_o authority_n of_o this_o present_a parliament_n that_o from_o and_o after_o the_o first_o day_n of_o maye_n next_o come_n clip_a wash_v round_v or_o fyl_a such_o sum_n and_o the_o distress_n so_o take_v cause_n to_o be_v keep_v apprease_v and_o sell_v in_o like_a manner_n and_o form_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a for_o the_o distress_n to_o be_v take_v upon_o such_o parson_n to_o be_v tax_v to_o the_o say_a subsedye_n and_o be_v sufficient_a to_o distrayne_v within_o the_o limit_n of_o the_o collector_n inhabitant_n or_o other_o offycer_n charge_v with_o or_o for_o the_o same_o sum_n so_o upon_o they_o to_o be_v tax_v and_o if_o any_o such_o distress_n for_o non_fw-fr payment_n happen_v to_o be_v take_v out_o of_o the_o limit_n of_o the_o say_a parson_n charge_v and_o assign_v to_o levy_v the_o same_o the_o parson_n so_o charge_v for_o the_o levy_n of_o any_o such_o sum_n by_o distress_n shall_v parceive_v and_o take_v of_o the_o same_o distress_n for_o the_o labour_n of_o every_o parson_n go_v for_o the_o execution_n thereof_o for_o every_o mile_n that_o any_o such_o parson_n so_o labour_v for_o the_o same_o ii.d_n and_o every_o fermour_n tenant_n guardian_n factor_n or_o other_o whatsoever_o parson_n be_v distrayn_v or_o otherwise_o charge_v for_o payment_n of_o any_o such_o sum_n or_o sum_n or_o any_o other_o sum_n by_o they_o make_v by_o the_o say_a commissioner_n for_o the_o execution_n of_o the_o say_a commission_n or_o if_o any_o of_o the_o officer_n or_o other_o parson_n do_v refuse_v that_o to_o they_o shall_v
