l._n a_o year_n and_o it_o do_v appear_v the_o mill_n turn_v to_o so_o little_a account_n that_o it_o be_v pull_v down_o and_o so_o the_o land_n be_v to_o answer_v the_o rent_n which_o for_o a_o ground-rent_a upon_o a_o church-lease_n in_o those_o day_n be_v very_o great_a have_v you_o do_v now_o mr._n att._n gen._n we_o have_v do_v for_o the_o present_a my_o lord_n l._n c._n i._n what_o say_v you_o to_o it_o then_o for_o the_o plaintiff_n gentleman_n mr._n s._n stringer_n may_v it_o please_v your_o lordship_n and_o you_o gentleman_n of_o the_o jury_n if_o we_o shall_v give_v no_o further_o evidence_n at_o all_o than_o what_o we_o have_v already_o give_v but_o leave_v it_o upon_o this_o i_o dare_v affirm_v it_o plain_o appear_v that_o they_o have_v no_o title_n at_o all_o to_o this_o land_n as_o to_o their_o last_o piece_n of_o evidence_n i_o will_v first_o give_v a_o answer_n to_o that_o and_o that_o be_v their_o verdict_n and_o that_o which_o i_o will_v observe_v upon_o it_o and_o say_v to_o it_o be_v this_o it_o be_v a_o verdict_n obtain_v upon_o forge_a deed_n deed_n find_v as_o be_v pretend_v and_o as_o you_o have_v hear_v from_o their_o two_o special_a witness_n in_o a_o very_a extraordinary_a manner_n find_v in_o a_o garret_n but_o by_o what_o be_v prepare_v and_o that_o they_o be_v forge_v i_o question_v not_o but_o we_o shall_v give_v you_o satisfaction_n but_o beside_o as_o to_o their_o admeasurement_n it_o seem_v as_o they_o will_v have_v it_o 130_o acre_n be_v the_o question_n about_o the_o extent_n of_o the_o marsh._n so_o much_o they_o claim_v and_o we_o shall_v bring_v two_o surveyor_n that_o will_v give_v you_o a_o account_n upon_o their_o oath_n that_o between_o foxes-lane_n which_o we_o say_v be_v the_o west_n boundary_a of_o our_o land_n and_o the_o east_n of_o they_o and_o hermitage-dock_n where_o the_o marsh_n end_v there_o be_v above_o 130_o acre_n and_o so_o they_o do_v not_o want_v their_o number_n for_o all_o the_o evidence_n that_o they_o have_v give_v out_o of_o record_n we_o agree_v they_o to_o be_v as_o they_o say_v and_o by_o that_o agreement_n shall_v do_v ourselves_o no_o harm_n at_o all_o for_o they_o all_o do_v confirm_v our_o assertion_n they_o place_v the_o eastern_a bind_v of_o the_o marsh_n at_o ratcliff-town_n now_o at_o foxes-lane_n do_v ratcliff-town_n begin_v the_o art_n have_v be_v to_o confound_v the_o cause_n by_o puzzle_v boundary_n when_o it_o be_v a_o plain_a apparent_a mistake_n they_o run_v upon_o and_o indeed_o i_o may_v very_o well_o say_v a_o wilful_a one_o too_o they_o will_v have_v we_o confine_v all_o to_o a_o mill_n and_o a_o little_a ditch_n when_o they_o be_v at_o least_o seven_o acre_n always_o enjoy_v with_o it_o and_o all_o call_v the_o mill_n which_o have_v a_o pond_n garden_n orchard_n tenement_n etc._n etc._n and_o now_o there_o be_v very_o large_a drain_v necessary_o make_v to_o keep_v the_o water_n from_o annoy_v the_o inhabitant_n and_o to_o carry_v it_o away_o but_o for_o a_o further_a evidence_n of_o our_o title_n we_o shall_v first_o prove_v that_o upon_o a_o bill_n exhibit_v in_o the_o exchequer_n by_o mr._n attorney_n general_n against_o stepkins_n their_o ancestor_n to_o know_v what_o encroachment_n have_v be_v make_v what_o belong_v to_o the_o dean_n of_o paul_n and_o what_o to_o mr._n stepkins_n be_v full_o set_v out_o there_o it_o be_v prove_v that_o the_o bound_n of_o the_o marsh_n be_v wapping-wall_n alias_o foxes-lane_n the_o marsh_n be_v continual_o overflow_v with_o water_n but_o now_o in_o our_o ground_n there_o be_v a_o great_a many_o ditch_n and_o place_n to_o keep_v the_o water_n for_o the_o service_n of_o the_o mill._n when_o we_o come_v to_o build_v upon_o our_o ground_n which_o be_v 15_o jacobi_fw-la than_o it_o begin_v than_o he_o bring_v a_o action_n and_o do_v pretend_v that_o we_o do_v encroach_v the_o wall_n somewhat_o into_o the_o marsh_n there_o we_o have_v a_o verdict_n upon_o a_o view_n and_o after_o a_o nonsuit_n upon_o full_a evidence_n there_o be_v likewise_o a_o bill_n exhibit_v in_o chancery_n against_o stepkin_n the_o father_n wherein_o the_o bound_n be_v set_v forth_o and_o he_o in_o his_o carter_n lease_n this_o they_o say_v be_v find_v in_o the_o garret_n and_o they_o bring_v two_o witness_n for_o it_o but_o how_o they_o have_v behave_v themselves_o what_o confusion_n there_o be_v stepkin_n surmise_v that_o the_o wall_n belong_v to_o he_o come_v and_o bring_v a_o action_n of_o ejectment_n against_o fox_n tenant_n for_o this_o wall_n and_o upon_o trial_n the_o verdict_n go_v against_o he_o then_o there_o be_v another_o action_n bring_v and_o he_o be_v nonsuit_n upon_o that_o afterward_o there_o be_v a_o bill_n prefer_v against_o he_o and_o in_o his_o answer_n he_o confess_v that_o his_o wall_n marsh_n bound_v upon_o foxes-lane_n here_o be_v the_o bill_n and_o answer_n which_o be_v read_v as_o likewise_o copy_n of_o two_o record_n one_o in_o the_o common_a
