in_o the_o time_n of_o the_o fair_n there_o to_o be_v keep_v and_o during_o the_o continuance_n of_o such_o fair_n only_o and_o in_o case_n any_o person_n or_o person_n whatsoever_o not_o be_v free_a citizen_n of_o our_o say_a city_n as_o aforesaid_a shall_v at_o any_o time_n hereafter_o use_v or_o exercise_v any_o art_n trade_n mystery_n or_o manual_a occupation_n or_o shall_v by_o himself_o themselves_o or_o other_o sell_v or_o expose_v to_o salo_fw-la any_o manner_n of_o merchandise_n or_o ware_n whatsoever_o in_o any_o house_n shop_n place_n or_o stand_v within_o the_o say_a city_n or_o the_o libertye_n precinct_n thereof_o no_o fair_a be_v then_o keep_v in_o the_o say_a city_n and_o shall_v persist_v therein_o after_o warn_v to_o he_o or_o they_o give_v or_o leave_v by_o the_o appointment_n of_o the_o mayor_n of_o the_o say_a city_n for_o the_o time_n be_v at_o the_o place_n or_o place_n where_o such_o person_n or_o person_n shall_v so_o use_v or_o exercise_v any_o art_n etc._n etc._n or_o shall_v sell_v or_o expose_v to_o sale_n any_o ware_n or_o merchandise_n as_o aforesaid_a than_o it_o shall_v be_v lawful_a for_o the_o mayor_n of_o the_o say_a city_n for_o the_o time_n be_v to_o cause_v such_o shop-window_n to_o be_v shut_v up_o and_o also_o to_o impose_v such_o reasonable_a fine_a &c_n &c_n not_o exceed_v 10._o s._n every_o time_n etc._n etc._n and_o the_o same_o fine_a and_o fine_n so_o to_o be_v impose_v to_o levy_v &c_n &c_n as_o before_o and_o further_o we_o do_v by_o these_o present_n for_o we_o and_o our_o successor_n grant_v to_o the_o mayor_n and_o comonalty_n of_o our_o say_a city_n that_o they_o and_o their_o successor_n be_v for_o ever_o person_n able_a and_o capable_a and_o shall_v have_v power_n to_o purchase_v have_v take_v mortmain_n mortmain_n and_o possess_v in_o fee_n simple_a land_n tenement_n rent_n and_o other_o possession_n within_o or_o without_o the_o same_o city_n to_o they_o and_o their_o successor_n for_o ever_o so_o as_o the_o same_o exceed_v not_o the_o yearly_a value_n of_o 1000_o l._n a_o year_n the_o statute_n of_o mortmain_n or_o any_o other_o law_n to_o the_o contrary_a notwithstanding_o land_n power_n to_o let_v land_n and_o the_o same_o land_n tenement_n etc._n etc._n or_o any_o part_n thereof_o to_o demise_n grant_v lease_n set_v over_o assign_v and_o dispose_v at_o their_o own_o will_n and_o pleasure_n â—nd_o to_o make_v seal_n and_o accomplish_v any_o deed_n or_o deed_n lease_n or_o lease_n evidence_n and_o writing_n for_o or_o concern_v the_o same_o or_o any_o part_n thereof_o which_o shall_v happen_v to_o be_v make_v and_o grant_v by_o the_o say_a mayor_n and_o comonalty_n of_o the_o say_a city_n for_o the_o time_n be_v and_o further_o know_v you_o etc._n etc._n that_o we_o of_o our_o more_o ample_a grace_n etc._n etc._n have_v give_v etc._n etc._n and_o by_o these_o present_n for_o we_o etc._n etc._n do_v give_v and_o grant_v to_o the_o say_a mayor_n etc._n etc._n and_o their_o successor_n that_o the_o say_a hospital_n of_o our_o say_a city_n common_o call_v etc._n etc._n and_o the_o poor_a people_n there_o be_v and_o from_o thenceforth_o and_o for_o ever_o shall_v be_v govern_v and_o rule_v by_o the_o mayor_n etc._n etc._n of_o the_o say_a city_n and_o their_o successor_n and_o that_o the_o say_a mayor_n etc._n etc._n and_o their_o successor_n be_v and_o shall_v be_v master_n and_o governor_n thereof_o and_o we_o have_v will_v etc._n etc._n and_o by_o these_o present_n for_o we_o etc._n etc._n do_v will_n that_o the_o mayor_n etc._n etc._n together_o with_o the_o poor_a of_o the_o say_a hospital_n for_o the_o time_n be_v shall_v from_o henceforth_o and_o forever_o hereafter_o be_v continue_v and_o remain_v one_o body_n politic_a &c_n &c_n by_o the_o name_n of_o the_o master_n and_o poor_a people_n &c_n &c_n as_o in_o other_o case_n for_o corporation_n and_o that_o they_o and_o their_o successor_n for_o ever_o may_v seek_v for_o and_o improve_v have_v enjoy_v and_o possess_v and_o may_v grant_v and_o demise_n all_o and_o singular_a land_n and_o tenement_n profit_n hereditament_n good_n chattel_n and_o right_n whatsoever_o now_o belong_v and_o which_o shall_v or_o may_v hereafter_o belong_v to_o the_o say_a hospital_n upon_o trust_n that_o all_o the_o same_o be_v employ_v for_o the_o benefit_n of_o the_o poor_a there_o as_o former_o and_o not_o otherwise_o and_o also_o we_o will_v for_o we_o
