the_o foresay_a harbour_n bay_n or_o ride_v on_o the_o northside_n of_o trinity_n bay_n and_o the_o circuit_n of_o two_o thousand_o acre_n of_o such_o land_n and_o wood_n as_o be_v next_o adjoin_v rent_n of_o ten_o shilling_n by_o the_o year_n and_o the_o abovesaid_a rent_n of_o twenty_o penny_n by_o the_o year_n then_o any_o such_o undertaker_n shall_v forfeit_v his_o right_n title_n and_o interest_n in_o all_o such_o land_n and_o wood_n and_o likewise_o in_o the_o say_a place_n for_o salt_v and_o dry_v of_o fish_n but_o not_o the_o benefit_n of_o such_o a_o sum_n as_o he_o shall_v so_o adventure_v and_o if_o any_o such_o adventurer_n or_o any_o of_o his_o servant_n or_o assign_n shall_v at_o any_o time_n find_v within_o your_o say_a land_n there_o any_o mine_n of_o gold_n silver_n or_o what_o metal_n soever_o he_o shall_v yield_v unto_o your_o lordship_n or_o assign_v a_o indifferent_a part_n thereof_o and_o whosoever_o will_v adventure_v 200._o pound_n may_v not_o only_o have_v a_o whole_a harbour_n bay_n or_o ride_v to_o himself_o in_o fee_n for_o ever_o and_o four_o thousand_o acre_n of_o land_n and_o wood_n thereunto_o adjoin_v on_o the_o north_n side_n of_o
