shall_v affirm_v or_o maintain_v the_o power_n or_o jurisdiction_n of_o any_o foreign_a prelate_n or_o potentate_n within_o any_o of_o the_o queen_n dominion_n in_o pain_n to_o forfeit_v all_o his_o xxix_o they_o that_o have_v on_o sunday_n the_o divine_a service_n establish_v usual_o read_v in_o their_o house_n and_o be_v common_o present_v themselves_o thereat_o and_o do_v not_o obstinate_o refuse_v to_o come_v to_o church_n but_o four_o time_n in_o the_o year_n at_o least_o be_v present_a at_o divine_a service_n in_o their_o own_o parish_n church_n or_o some_o other_o open_a church_n or_o chapel_n of_o ease_n shall_v not_o incur_v the_o penalty_n aforesaid_a for_o not_o come_v to_o church_n xxx_o all_o covinous_a grant_n to_o defrand_v the_o interest_n which_o the_o queen_n or_o lxix_o every_o marry_a woman_n shall_v be_v bind_v by_o this_o act_n save_v only_o by_o the_o clause_n of_o abjuration_n lxx_o stat._n 1._o jac._n 4._o all_o the_o aforesaid_a statute_n make_v in_o the_o time_n of_o queen_n eliz._n shall_v be_v due_o put_v in_o execution_n against_o all_o such_o as_o do_v not_o conform_v themselves_o as_o aforesaid_a lxxi_o where_o the_o ancestor_n die_v a_o recusant_n the_o heir_n be_v none_o or_o conform_v himself_o and_o take_v the_o oath_n of_o supremacy_n before_o the_o archbishop_n or_o bishop_n of_o the_o diocese_n the_o land_n shall_v be_v free_v some_o person_n house_n that_o be_v no_o recusant_n or_o by_o licence_n of_o the_o bishop_n or_o ordinary_a in_o pain_n to_o forfeit_v 40._o s._n a_o day_n lxxvii_o the_o forfeiture_n of_o this_o incapable_a of_o be_v executrix_n or_o administratrix_fw-la to_o her_o husband_n and_o of_o enjoy_v any_o part_n of_o her_o husband_n good_n cxv_o a_o popish_a recusant_n after_o conviction_n shall_v be_v repute_v to_o all_o intent_n as_o a_o person_n excommunicate_a until_o he_o shall_v conform_v go_v to_o church_n receive_v the_o sacrament_n and_o take_v the_o oath_n of_o obedience_n ordain_v office_n of_o judicature_n or_o other_o office_n be_v no_o office_n of_o inheritance_n or_o ministerial_a function_n or_o to_o practice_v the_o common_a law_n the_o civil_a law_n physic_n surgery_n the_o art_n of_o apothecary_n or_o any_o liberal_a science_n for_o gain_v cxxxi_o if_o a_o marry_a woman_n be_v a_o convict_a recusant_n do_v not_o conform_v within_o three_o month_n after_o conviction_n she_o shall_v be_v commit_v to_o prison_n by_o a_o privy_a councillor_n or_o the_o bishop_n of_o the_o diocese_n if_o she_o be_v a_o baroness_n but_o if_o any_o other_o of_o a_o low_a degree_n then_o shall_v she_o be_v commit_v by_o two_o justice_n of_o p._n one_o quorum_fw-la and_o there_o shall_v remain_v till_o she_o conform_v as_o aforesaid_a unless_o the_o husband_n for_o
