the_o law_n judge_v high_a treason_n the_o foresay_a statute_n of_o 25_o ed._n 3._o make_v it_o manifest_a in_o these_o word_n viz._n whereas_o divers_a opinion_n have_v be_v before_o this_o time_n two_o house_n the_o second_o to_o the_o judge_n and_o the_o three_o be_v the_o king_n sole_a right_n neither_o the_o make_n declare_v or_o expound_v the_o law_n be_v any_o part_n of_o sovereignty_n a_o contradiction_n as_o to_o affirm_v that_o the_o king_n may_v make_v a_o act_n without_o the_o king_n and_o his_o meaning_n be_v take_v to_o be_v the_o two_o house_n without_o the_o king_n in_o that_o sense_n the_o member_n have_v herein_o no_o power_n at_o all_o for_o as_o before_o appear_v they_o be_v neither_o a_o parliament_n nor_o a_o court_n of_o justice_n and_o consequent_o have_v not_o jurisdiction_n legal_o to_o cancel_v or_o repeal_v any_o commission_n patent_n or_o grant_v of_o the_o king_n but_o say_v master_n prin_fw-mi the_o king_n although_o he_o be_v chief_n yet_o he_o election_n of_o the_o knight_n of_o the_o shire_n burgess_n and_o the_o vote_n in_o the_o two_o house_n and_o say_v he_o by_o the_o law_n of_o england_n the_o king_n the_o lord_n and_o commons_o make_v but_o one_o entire_a corporation_n and_o so_o conclude_v that_o the_o major_a part_n of_o the_o parliament_n which_o in_o law_n say_v he_o be_v the_o corporation_n be_v above_o the_o king_n answer_n there_o be_v scarce_o one_o word_n in_o this_o discourse_n but_o it_o be_v false_a or_o misapply_v it_o appear_v before_o that_o the_o parliament_n consist_v of_o 3_o distinct_a body_n viz._n the_o king_n the_o lord_n house_n and_o the_o commons_o house_n and_o in_o make_v law_n which_o be_v all_o they_o have_v to_o do_v they_o have_v but_o three_o voice_n yet_o that_o which_o seem_v good_a to_o the_o major_a part_n of_o these_o three_o be_v not_o ratify_v for_o as_o before_o it_o appear_v they_o must_v all_o concur_v else_o no_o parliament_n it_o be_v true_a where_o the_o government_n be_v aligarchicall_a aristocratical_a or_o democraticall_a the_o major_a part_n determine_v the_o question_n but_o this_o be_v misapplyed_n to_o the_o business_n in_o dispute_n concern_v the_o sovereign_a power_n our_o government_n be_v monarchical_a the_o people_n of_o england_n be_v not_o govern_v by_o a_o parliament_n the_o use_n of_o a_o parliament_n as_o before_o appear_v be_v only_o in_o some_o thing_n when_o necessity_n require_v to_o alter_v the_o old_a or_o make_v new_a law_n wherein_o the_o foresay_a three_o body_n viz._n the_o king_n the_o lord_n house_n and_o the_o commons_o house_n be_v joint_o trust_v if_o mr._n pryn_n be_v ask_v what_o he_o mean_v by_o the_o major_a part_n of_o that_o corporation_n which_o he_o in_o this_o place_n call_v the_o parliament_n his_o answer_n must_v be_v one_o of_o these_o viz._n any_o two_o of_o the_o aforesaid_a three_o body_n or_o else_o that_o the_o king_n the_o lord_n and_o the_o commons_o
