be_v charge_v to_o levye_a such_o money_n as_o thofficer_n of_o the_o place_n or_o place_n where_o such_o distress_n may_v be_v take_v shall_v have_v full_a power_n and_o authority_n to_o distrayne_v everye_o such_o person_n indet_v charge_v and_o chargeable_a by_o this_o act_n or_o his_o executour_n or_o admynystratour_n of_o his_o good_n and_o cattle_n his_o guardian_n factour_n deputy_n lesses_z fermer_n and_o assygne_n and_o alother_n personne_n by_o whosehande_n or_o out_o of_o who_o land_n any_o such_o person_n shall_v have_v rend_v fee_n annuity_n or_o other_o profit_n or_o which_o at_o the_o time_n of_o the_o say_a assessinge_n shall_v have_v good_n or_o cattle_n or_o any_o other_o thing_n movable_a or_o any_o such_o person_n or_o person_n be_v indet_v or_o owe_v such_o sum_n and_o the_o distress_n so_o take_v cause_v to_o be_v keep_v apprayse_v and_o sell_v in_o like_a manner_n and_o form_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a for_o the_o distress_n to_o be_v take_v upon_o such_o person_n to_o be_v tax_v to_o the_o say_a subsidy_n &_o be_v sufficient_a to_o distrain_v with_o in_o the_o lymyt_n of_o the_o collector_n inhabytante_n or_o other_o offycer_n charge_v with_o or_o for_o the_o same_o sum_n so_o upon_o they_o to_o be_v tax_v and_o if_o any_o such_o distress_n for_o none_o payment_n happen_v to_o be_v take_v out_o of_o the_o limit_n of_o the_o say_a person_n charge_v and_o assign_v to_o levye_a the_o same_o the_o person_n so_o charge_v for_o the_o levye_fw-mi of_o every_o such_o sum_n by_o dystresse_n shall_v perceive_v and_o take_v of_o the_o say_v distress_v for_o the_o labour_n of_o everye_o person_n go_v for_o the_o execution_n thereof_o for_o every_o mile_n that_o any_o such_o person_n so_o labour_v for_o the_o same_o two_o penny_n and_o everye_o fermoure_n tenant_n guardian_n factor_n or_o other_o whatsoever_o person_n be_v distreyn_v or_o otherwise_o charge_v for_o payment_n of_o any_o such_o sum_n or_o sum_n or_o any_o other_o sum_n by_o reasonne_n of_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v of_o such_o sum_n or_o sum_n of_o he_o or_o they_o so_o levy_v and_o take_v discharge_v and_o acquyte_v at_o his_o next_o day_n of_o payment_n of_o the_o same_o or_o at_o the_o delyvery_n of_o such_o good_n and_o cattle_n as_o he_o that_o be_v so_o distrayn_v have_v in_o his_o custody_n and_o governaunce_n against_o he_o or_o they_o that_o shall_v be_v so_o tax_v and_o set_v any_o grant_n or_o write_v oblygatory_n or_o other_o whatsoever_o matter_n to_o the_o contrary_n make_v heretofore_o notwithstanding_o and_o if_o any_o such_o person_n that_o shall_v be_v so_o distreyn_v have_v no_o land_n or_o tenemente_n suffycyente_a whereby_o he_o or_o his_o tenaunte_n and_o fermoure_n may_v be_v distrayn_v or_o have_v aloin_v alien_v of_o they_o as_o by_o the_o say_a commission_n shall_v be_v thereunto_o appoint_v where_o such_o person_n or_o person_n be_v tax_v and_o set_v by_o the_o oath_n of_o he_o or_o they_o that_o shall_v be_v charge_v with_o the_o levy_v and_o payment_n of_o that_o sum_n or_o sum_n the_o same_o commissioner_n shall_v make_v a_o precept_n in_o such_o manner_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a for_o to_o attach_v take_v &_o arrest_v the_o body_n of_o such_o person_n or_o person_n that_o ought_v to_o pay_v the_o say_a sum_n and_o by_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v charge_v with_o and_o for_o the_o say_a sum_n and_o sum_n and_o they_o so_o take_v safe_o to_o keep_v in_o prison_n within_o the_o shire_n or_o other_o place_n where_o any_o such_o person_n or_o person_n shall_v be_v take_v and_o attach_v there_o to_o remain_v without_o bail_n or_o mayneprice_n untyll_o he_o have_v pay_v the_o same_o sum_n or_o sum_n that_o such_o person_n for_o himself_o or_o for_o any_o other_o by_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v charge_v or_o ought_v to_o be_v charge_v withal_o and_o also_o for_o the_o fee_n of_o every_o such_o arreste_n to_o he_o or_o they_o that_o shall_v execute_v such_o precepte_v twenty_o penny_n and_o such_o person_n to_o go_v at_o large_a by_o lettinge_v to_o bail_n or_o otherwise_o to_o depart_v out_o of_o his_o prison_n before_o he_o have_v pay_v his_o say_a det_fw-la and_o the_o say_v twenty_o
