burroughe_n and_o town_n corporate_a aswell_o in_o england_n as_o in_o wales_n and_o other_o the_o queen_n dominion_n as_o they_o shall_v think_v requisite_a syxe_n fyve_o four_o three_o or_o two_o of_o the_o head_n officer_n and_o other_o sad_a honest_a inhabitant_n of_o every_o of_o the_o say_a city_n burroughes_n and_o town_n corporate_a accord_v to_o the_o number_n and_o multitude_n of_o people_n be_v in_o the_o same_o the_o which_o personne_n if_o any_o such_o be_v thereunto_o name_v of_o the_o say_a inhabytaunte_n of_o the_o say_a burroughes_n and_o town_n corporate_a not_o be_v county_n in_o themselves_o shall_v be_v join_v and_o put_v in_o as_o commyssyoner_n with_o the_o personne_n name_v for_o such_o shire_n and_o rydynge_n as_o the_o say_a burroughes_n and_o town_n corporate_a not_o be_v county_n in_o themselves_o be_v set_v and_o have_v their_o be_v which_o person_n so_o name_v for_o &_o of_o the_o say_v boroughe_n &_o town_n corporate_a not_o be_v county_n burrow_n or_o town_n and_o in_o that_o manner_n to_o be_v aid_v and_o assy_a with_o the_o say_v other_o commyssyoner_n in_o and_o for_o the_o good_a executing_a of_o theffecte_n of_o the_o say_a commyssyon_n upon_o pain_n of_o everye_o of_o the_o say_a commissioner_n so_o name_v for_o everye_o such_o cytye_n burrough_n and_o town_n corporate_a not_o be_v a_o county_n to_o make_v such_o
