law_n than_o all_o man_n in_o england_n be_v subject_n or_o aught_o to_o be_v thereunto_o but_o what_o law_n that_o be_v to_o which_o every_o one_o ought_v to_o be_v subject_a be_v not_o yet_o establish_v in_o execution_n if_o any_o say_v the_o old_a king_n law_n be_v the_o rule_n than_o it_o may_v be_v answer_v that_o those_o law_n be_v so_o full_a of_o confusion_n that_o few_o know_v when_o they_o obey_v and_o when_o not_o because_o they_o be_v the_o law_n of_o a_o conqueror_n to_o hold_v the_o people_n in_o subjection_n to_o the_o will_n of_o the_o conqueror_n therefore_o that_o can_v be_v the_o rule_n for_o every_o one_o beside_o we_o daily_o see_v many_o action_n do_v by_o state_n officer_n which_o they_o have_v no_o law_n to_o justify_v they_o in_o but_o their_o prerogative_n will_v and_o again_o if_o we_o must_v be_v subject_a to_o man_n than_o what_o man_n must_v we_o be_v subject_a to_o see_v one_o man_n have_v as_o much_o right_n to_o the_o earth_n as_o another_o for_o no_o man_n now_o stand_v as_o a_o conqueror_n over_o his_o brethren_n by_o the_o law_n of_o righteousness_n you_o will_v say_v we_o must_v be_v subject_a to_o the_o ruler_n it_o be_v true_a but_o not_o to_o suffer_v the_o ruler_n to_o call_v the_o earth_n they_o and_o not_o we_o for_o by_o so_o do_v they_o betray_v their_o trust_n and_o run_v into_o the_o line_n of_o 〈◊〉_d and_o we_o lose_v our_o freedom_n and_o from_o thence_o 〈◊〉_d and_o war_n arise_v a_o ruler_n be_v worthy_a double_a honour_n when_o he_o rule_v well_o that_o be_v when_o he_o himself_o be_v subject_a to_o the_o law_n and_o require_v all_o other_o to_o be_v subject_a thereunto_o and_o make_v it_o his_o work_n to_o see_v the_o law_n obey_v and_o not_o his_o own_o will_n and_o such_o ruler_n be_v faithful_a and_o they_o be_v to_o be_v subject_v unto_o we_o therein_o for_o all_o commonwealth_n ruler_n be_v servant_n to_o not_o lord_n and_o king_n over_o the_o people_n but_o you_o will_v say_v be_v not_o the_o land_n your_o brother_n and_o you_o can_v take_v away_o 〈◊〉_d man_n right_a by_o claim_v a_o share_n therein_o with_o he_o i_o answer_v it_o be_v his_o either_o by_o creation_n right_a or_o by_o right_a of_o conquest_n if_o by_o creation_n right_o he_o call_v the_o earth_n his_o and_o not_o i_o then_o it_o be_v i_o as_o well_o as_o he_o for_o the_o spirit_n of_o the_o whole_a creation_n who_o make_v we_o both_o be_v no_o respecter_n of_o person_n and_o if_o by_o conquest_n he_o call_v the_o earth_n his_o and_o not_o i_o it_o must_v be_v either_o by_o the_o conquest_n of_o the_o king_n over_o the_o commoner_n or_o by_o the_o conquest_n of_o the_o commoner_n over_o the_o king_n if_o he_o claim_v the_o earth_n to_o be_v he_o from_o the_o king_n conquest_n the_o king_n be_v beat_v and_o cast_v out_o and_o that_o title_n be_v undo_v if_o he_o claim_v title_n to_o the_o earth_n to_o be_v he_o from_o the_o conquest_n of_o the_o commoner_n over_o the_o king_n than_o i_o have_v right_a to_o the_o land_n as_o well_o as_o my_o brother_n for_o my_o brother_n without_o i_o nor_o i_o without_o my_o brother_n do_v not_o cast_v out_o the_o king_n but_o both_o together_o assist_v with_o person_n and_o purse_n we_o prevail_v so_o that_o i_o have_v by_o this_o victory_n as_o equal_v a_o share_n in_o the_o earth_n which_o be_v now_o redeem_v as_o my_o spirit_n of_o the_o whole_a creation_n who_o have_v this_o title_n to_o be_v call_v king_n of_o righteousness_n and_o prince_n of_o peace_n judge_v thou_o between_o my_o brother_n and_o i_o whether_o this_o be_v righteous_a etc._n etc._n and_o now_o say_v the_o people_n be_v not_o this_o a_o grievous_a thing_n that_o our_o brethren_n that_o will_v be_v landlord_n right_a or_o wrong_n will_v make_v law_n and_o call_v for_o a_o law_n to_o be_v make_v to_o imprison_v crush_v nay_o put_v to_o death_n any_o that_o deny_v god_n christ_n and_o scripture_n and_o yet_o they_o will_v not_o practise_v that_o golden_a rule_n do_v to_o another_o as_o thou_o will_v have_v another_o do_v to_o thou_o which_o god_n christ_n and_o scripture_n have_v enact_v for_o a_o law_n be_v not_o these_o man_n guilty_a of_o death_n by_o their_o own_o law_n which_o be_v the_o word_n of_o their_o own_o mouth_n be_v it_o not_o a_o flat_a denial_n of_o god_n and_o scripture_n o_o the_o confusion_n and_o thick_a darkness_n that_o have_v overspread_v our_o brethren_n be_v very_o great_a i_o have_v no_o power_n to_o remove_v it_o but_o lament_v it_o in_o the_o secret_n of_o my_o heart_n when_o i_o see_v prayer_n sermon_n fast_n thanksgiving_n direct_v to_o this_o god_n in_o word_n and-shew_n and_o when_o i_o come_v to_o look_v for_o action_n of_o obedience_n to_o the_o righteous_a law_n suitable_a to_o such_o a_o profession_n i_o find_v they_o man_n of_o another_o nation_n say_v and_o not_o do_v like_o a_o old_a courtier_n say_v your_o servant_n when_o he_o be_v a_o enemy_n i_o will_v say_v no_o more_o but_o groan_n and_o wait_v for_o a_o restoration_n thus_o sir_n i_o have_v reckon_v up_o some_o of_o those_o burden_n which_o the_o people_n groan_n under_o and_o i_o be_v sensible_a hereof_o be_v move_v in_o myself_o to_o present_v this_o platform_n of_o commonwealth_n government_n unto_o you_o wherein_o i_o have_v declare_v a_o full_a commonwealth_n freedom_n
