be_v usual_o grant_v by_o the_o governor_n who_o knowledge_n of_o person_n can_v possible_o extend_v over_o the_o whole_a country_n be_v it_o enact_v grant_v how_o licence_n for_o marriage_n be_v to_o pound_n of_o tobacco_n ascertain_v the_o fee_n ascertain_v and_o to_o the_o secretary_n for_o record_v the_o same_o in_o the_o office_n as_o aforesaid_a forty_o pound_n of_o tobacco_n and_o the_o minister_n marry_v with_o a_o licence_n two_o hundred_o pound_n of_o tobacco_n or_o twenty_o shilling_n sterling_a if_o by_o bane_n fifty_o pound_n of_o tobacco_n or_o five_o shilling_n xviii_o provision_n for_o a_o college_n whereas_o the_o want_n of_o able_a and_o faithful_a minister_n in_o this_o country_n deprive_v we_o of_o those_o great_a blessing_n and_o mercy_n that_o always_o for_o entertainment_n of_o student_n and_o scholar_n whereas_o a_o ancient_a practice_n of_o this_o country_n intestate_a land_n of_o person_n intestate_a have_v contrary_a to_o law_n and_o reason_n
